The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in for the past 2 weeks of travelling. So thankful for a good night's sleep and a nice breakfast in the morning. The staff are friendly and helpful, giving us directions for buses etc. We were only there for 1 night, we would have stayed here for our whole time in Florence if we had found it sooner. Great value for money. Thank you.
I can't think of anything I would change.

Good location with a bistro/jazz place next door that we really liked, and a wee cafe round the corner which was great for picking up breakfast. It is also at the bus stop for the 14 bus that we used to go everywhere. The coffee and juice bar downstairs is a nice touch. There is a coin laundry nearby which we made use of. We went in the spa one day and enjoyed having a pool.
A shower is always important for me and our room has one of those showers that has a razor thin line between scalding and freezing. Very frustrating. Also, the spa price of 20 euros for 2 hours is excessive.
