The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Each room has a kitchenette that is well stocked. There is a hot pad available on request, which is nice if you want to make food. The wifi was good with no issues. The location is close to bus stops and the greenline which you can get to downtown Chicago within 20 minutes.
The price felt high given that the hotel is not centrally located, but the price inflation might have been due to the Chicago marathon. Breakfast was included, but a bit underwhelming given the price of the hotel. It was a basic continental spread with nothing special.

Nice hotel, great location!
Do NOT use the valet parking, total ripoff, pay to play scam, waited 45 minutes for our car this morning. Many who submitted their parking ticket got their car before us!! I tipped $20 @ drop off yesterday & was ready to tip another $20 at pickup….screw that…total joke!! Even went into the hotel 30 min after checkout to question…they quickly blamed it on 3rd party! Never going back, reeks of typical Chicago!!
