Amazing location with views over Sassi Caveoso and prehistoric caves. Friendly staff and delicious room service breakfast.

Excellent central location for tourists, good room facilities (everything worked), and good breakfast + hotel management was very responsive to requests
the layout of the hotel in this unique part of Matera means there is some inevitable evening noise

Location is great in Caveoso area.
Met our needs and accommodated an early departure.

For visiting Matera it was a good location but not truly as photos present and certainly not the steep steps to the room and into the room itself. There was no kettle, but there was safe, a bath. We had no heat and needed to ask for additional blanket. The staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly.
