Villa with pool newly built rustic Tuscan ( December 2012) . Finely furnished and complete with every comfort . The pool has a corner tub, a waterfall and a solar shower . The bathroom in the room on the first floor is equipped with a Jacuzzi . The kitchen is complete with all appliances and cookware . . And ' possible to request a payment service is also Sky or X Box . The Keeper / Gardener is on site for the maintenance of the pool , the garden , the garden, the vineyard and the hen house ( will be happy to make you taste the products grown ) . Maximum privacy and security. Context heavenly .

A Gem in Tuscany – Comfort, Relaxation, and True "Dolce Vita"We recently spent a wonderful time at this holiday home in Capannori and are absolutely thrilled. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The house is a real gem, offering the perfect combination of traditional Tuscan charm and modern comfort.The House & Amenities:The house is exceptionally well-maintained and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell immediately that everything has been thought of. The kitchen is top-notch – a dream for anyone who loves to cook. The bedrooms are very cozy, and we slept wonderfully. Everything was spotless and in pristine condition. The layout is ideal, ensuring that even as a group or family, you never feel crowded.The Pool Area & Garden:The outdoor area is undoubtedly the highlight of the property. The pool is not only beautifully landscaped but also perfectly maintained, inviting a refreshing dip at any time of day. We spent many relaxing hours there, enjoying the peace and quiet and taking in the stunning views of the surrounding area. The sun loungers and the shaded spots in the garden were perfect for simply switching off, reading a book, or ending the day with a glass of local wine.Conclusion:We can recommend this holiday home without reservation. It is the perfect place to leave the daily grind behind and fully enjoy the Italian way of life. A huge thank you to the hosts, who made our entire stay so smooth and pleasant.

The house is just perfect and the host Franco excelled in every way We asked for a chef to cook in the house and this was one of our best nights which Franco arranged for us. Franco also gave us top tips for every part of our holiday We were a family of 4 with a 12 week old baby Staying in a beautiful home with a lovely pool and plenty of idyllic areas to sit and lounge around was exactly what we wanted Would definitely recommend and return to this wonderful home Air conditioning great too

The villa was very well equipped with comfortable beds, air conditioning that worked and a lovely pool. Location was good for getting to Florence (by train from Pescia) Pisa, Lucca and the coast. Franco was a great host who responded quickly to queries and organised flowers and a restaurant booking at a superb restaurant for my wife’s birthday.

Location sur 15 jours en mai 2019 :
Absence de lave linge et de sèche linge (pourtant annoncés dans le descriptif) . Il faut accepter d'avoir froid (pas de chauffage et climatisation réversible plus que capricieuse), et il faut être prêt à payer très cher le linge de maison qu'on est obligés de demander au propriétaire puisqu'on ne peut pas laver le linge. Dommage car la maison est bien placée au calme et pourrait être parfaite sans ces inconvénients.
Le propriétaire ne parle quasiment pas le français ce qui rend les échanges compliqués surtout lorsqu'il y a un problème.
Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine, bien entretenue mais trop froide en ce mois de mai.
Attention aux frais supplémentaires facturés en fin de séjour: il est prudent de tout se faire préciser AVANT la réservation finale. Nous avons quand même réussi à nous entendre avec le propriétaire sur ce sujet mais avec difficulté.
