We accessed the property easily with the code provided, the facilites were very good, the apartment was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The TV worked well and the kitchen facilities were good also . We liked the area and easy access to the city on the tram and the nearby shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. The fact that the apartment had a washing machine was very helpful for us.
It would have been helpful to know the very small tap for the dishwasher was at th base of the tap on the sink. I may have missed that in the online instructions provided in which case that is fine.

Easy to find, short walk to everything. Tram station nearby. Lift to upper floors.
No AC but opening the windows for cross winds was perfect.

Bed is okay. Could have been softer. Location is superb. Kitchen was barely okay - not enough cutlery, plates, glasses. Services were fulfilled but a little slow.
kitchen utensils , wine glaases, not enough. light fixtures in livign were oddly placed. Sofa was dirty. Needed more sitting areas as we used second sofa as a bed . Oven didn't provide aluminium foil, and didn't like the fact we had to clean it.
