This luxury villa with air conditioning in all bedrooms and living area is in an exclusive residential area in the Costa Blanca. It is a two minute walk from the beautiful "blue flag" beach of Cala Capitan, with its gently shelving soft sand and beach bar. So close, you can hear the sea from the garden. The Villa has been issued with a Superior Category tourist licence from the Valencian government. DISCOUNT AVAILABLE FOR BOOKINGS IN EXCESS OF TWO WEEKS There are lots of leisure activities close by including golf, water sports, tennis, cinemas, casino, aqua parks, coastal walks, the Zenia Boulevard shopping and leisure centre, bowling, Lo Pagan mineral mud baths, bars and restaurants and local markets. The fully equipped modern villa has beautiful gardens, furnished sun terraces, patios and covered terrace with a 10m x 5m swimming pool and family BBQ. There is a large wooden gazebo that provides plenty of shade for sitting and dining. There are also portable beach chairs and a parasol. The villa provides free high speed wireless Internet access and a variety of English and international TV channels. The villa's peaceful location is perfect for families. It is located 40 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 40 minutes from Corvera airport (Murcia)

The house was everything we had expected from the photos. It is completely equipted to the needs of a week stay with the whole family. The pool is great and the sea with sand beach is just around the corner. Nothing more to wish for.

Had a fabulous time with our party of 7 adults and an 8 month old baby - eveything we needed in one place. Lovely outdoor space and pool and just 2 minutes from one of the nicest beaches we have been to. Also just a 20 minute walk to the main strip with bars and restaurants. Owners Dean and Tracey were also excellent with their communications throughout and their local management contact Phil was a pleasure to deal with also. A place we would revisit if we travel again as a large party.

Hello!
We are super satisfied with our stay in your house. We were eight people and we thought that everything we needed was available in the house, both space and equipment.
The pool was good and the opportunity to socialize both outside and inside without it being crowded
Proximity to the beach a plus.
We are also satisfied with the contact we had with you before we came to the house, you have been very service oriented and answered us quickly when we had questions.
The only problem we had was that the taxi didn't find the address we were given, we were dropped off a few blocks away.
What we would have liked to have been in the house folder is how/where to go to get a taxi, we called many companies, some only hung up when we spoke English, some only took trips to and from airports.
We would love to come back to your lovely house!!

We (2 families from cold Norway) stayed 2 weeks in this great home. The kids loved the pool and the grownups loved the patio. The kictchen was well equiped and we used the bbq outside several times.

We had an outstanding stay in this stunning villa. Our party included 5 adults and 2 children under the age of 3. The Villa was equipped with travel cots (including bedding), high chairs, plastic cups, books/games and toddler pool toys. A true family friendly villa!
We loved the pool and garden space with tables, chairs, sun loungers and BBQ.
The Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and a bonus with air con in every room. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms with towels available.
A well equipped kitchen with a good sized fridge/freezer and a second fridge in the utility space
A very short walk to the beach which was pram friendly. The Cabo Roig strip within walking distance too for other restaurants/shops.
Dean was very responsive to messages which was also great.
We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider it again should we be returning to this area. Thank you!!

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, and also a newly opened beach restaurant, which we visited several times.
15-20 minute walk to the marina and then maybe 20-25 minute walk to the main strip with a whole host of restaurants, bars and shops.
Not to forget the local supermarket just 5 minutes down the road
The property is well balanced with good indoor and outdoor spaces, we off course spent most of our time around the pool.
Upstairs are two generous bedrooms with en-suite showers (master also has a bath), and downstairs you’ll find the twin bedroom and a further double. The main bathroom is also on the ground floor with a shower over the bath, this was a struggle for us, my father has a disability and unable to do stairs or climb into baths, but we made it work by using the outside pool shower.
Communication was great from the owners and property management, and we’d highly recommend this property to anybody.

A lovely villa for a family holiday
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Villa was as on the website. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers so plenty of room to relax. Lots of pool toys and also equipment for the beach- umbrellas , chairs. Local supermarket was a 5-10 min walk away and the main restaurant area was 20 min walk. Beach 1min !

The Stay at this property was brilliant, it was close to all amenities, was shop within 5 mins walk, the beach was also less the 5 mins, pool was was good size, the villa met all our requirements, wud highly recommend it thanks again for this lovely stay.

We were very impressed with the villa, exactly as described. The location is superb as it is right near the beach. The kids loved the pool, all the amenities at the villa were excellent, lots of space for everybody.

loved this villa lovely ouside space and everything we needed inside all bedrooms were of a good size, the pool was great as we were a family of 10 the kids spent many fun hours in it. beach is just down the road, the many bars and restaurants was about a 20 minute walk . the villa is very secure all our party had a great weeks stay

Family holiday - great for all ages
The villa was everything as stated in the description provided. It was spacious, with a large well maintained pool and outside area that was amazing both during the day and evening. Beautiful beaches with lifeguards were less than 2 minutes away. We couldn't have asked for a better place.
We were 3 generations (7 people) with the youngest being 5 years old. Previous reviews have said it all and we would agree that the place is beautiful and has everything you could need. We used the nearest super market most days which was under 10 minutes walk (level, no hills).
We did walk the 20 minutes to the main restaurants a few times and found plenty of choice. We didn't have a car as we always intended to have a relaxing week by the pool and beach this worked well for us but if you would like to see more of the area you would need a car.

Everything was just as described- this is a really nice villa, in a great location, ideally set up for a great family holiday. Outside area is fantastic.

AMAZING!!!!
This will be difficult to summarise because there are so many positive things I would like to say about Dean and Tracy's villa. Stunning and very clean are just a start. The main bedroom is amazing and great to have the power jet shower (with radio) and the separate bath. Having 3 toilets and showers was well needed because we often went to the beach which is literally a minute from a wonderful beach. There were plenty of sun loungers for round the pool and beach chairs for sitting at the beach... a great idea because it would have cost a fortune to buy chairs for all 8 of us. There are balls and floats too. The kitchen has everything you need in abundance, they even have the choice of cups or mugs. Having a quick functioning washing machine and dishwasher were essential with so many of us (including a baby). There is a supermarket about 12 minutes walking distance and it has lots of British foods too.
Can’t thank Dean and Tracy enough for letting us enjoy their wonderful home. We all could have stayed an extra week. Hope to see you guys again xx

60th celebrations
Villa was fab for our whole family to celebrate our 60th birthdays. Pool was perfect and beach just a few metres away, what more could you ask? Huge thanks to our hosts who couldn't have made us more welcome. Would recommend without hesitation ,

Amazing Villa
I travelled with 8 friends on a cycling holiday and we stayed in this villa. What an amazing villa it was to stay. Everything that we needed was in the place. Pool was fantastic to come back to after a long day cycle. It is a very private and quiet area. Supermarket was about 500 meters up the road where they had a huge selection. Kay, the lady who looked after the villa was so helpful and so accommodating. Dean and Tracey were also a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this villa to stay in and would definitely love to come back with my family and kids.

Beautiful property with lots of room inside and outside.
We very much enjoyed our stay and Dean was very welcoming and provided useful information for our stay.
Pool was a big improvement on other villa properties we have stayed at and we made the most of it (in between a couple of storms!).
Great location with easy access to local beach and coastal walks as well as to shops, bars and restaurants.
Breakfasting on the balcony outside the main room was very pleasant and we enjoyed eating al-fresco (gas BBQ was very convenient).
Wifi worked brilliantly throughout the property which is something we rely on and appreciate.
Overall, a great property and we would return.

Lovely Villa
We were extremely happy with the house and our stay in Spain. Dean was very kind and helpful and the house was clean and looked even better than the pictures indicated. There were plenty of toys to use in the pool and at the beach and it was lovely to sit in the beautiful garden in the evenings. All in all it was just perfect. Tracy & Dean, thank you for making it possible for me and my family to stay there.

Absolutely stunning Villa with excellent facilities for the whole family
We were two families who stayed for 11 nights in this fabulous villa.
The villa is exactly how it looks in the photos just better ! !
The owners Dean and Tracey couldn't do more for you and were happy to answer any queries we had during our stay.
The pool is a great size for lots of inflatables and excited teenagers. The kitchen has everything you could need as well as an extensive collection of plastic plates and glasses which are invaluable while outside. There are also light weight beach chairs and a parasol to use at the beach, which is only a 2 minute walk away.
We would highly recommend this villa and are looking forward to being able to stay again next year.

Wonderful week
We stayed a week there for a family vacation. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. The house is very spacious and outdoor area is excellent. Dean and Tracy were very helpful. Only a minute from excellent beach.

A comfortable villa in an ideal position.
The villa has all the necessary equipment for a comfortable and civilised stay and is in an excellent position to take advantage of the sandy beach just 100 yards away. The listing description is accurate and the owners were always helpful and charming. Highly recommended.

Underbart hus och läge
Vi hade en underbar semester i detta fina hus.
Vi var 8 vuxna och 4 små barn.
Ägaren ordnade extra bed och babysängar samt barnstolar åt oss.
Poolen och ute platsen var perfekt.
Huset ligger i ett fint område med gång avstånd till en underbar strand och till en mataffär.
För oss som hade 4 barnvagnar var det dock lite limiterat med restauranger på lätt gå avstånd.
Att önska vore bredare sängar och ett större och bättre utrustat kök som inte riktigt hade plats och utrustning för antalet gäster.

Perfect Villa
Great villa for 2 families. Very spacious, lovely pool, perfect for outdoor dining with swimming pool. Every bit as good as the photos suggest. Dean could not have been more welcoming.
Beach minutes away and a lovely walk round the headland. Kitchen well equipped and good BBQ.
The bars, restaurants are a 15 minute walk away. Ok, but nothing authentic. If you are looking for a charming Spanish town on doorstep it is not for you.
We did good jet boat ride in nearby Torrevieja and a great evening in Alicante which is an hour drive away.
Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent Villa. As described
This was our first full family holiday, 3 generations, 6 adults and 2 children (4 & 2).
The villa was as described, excellent condition, superb location for beaches and local bars/restaurants. The pool was the focal point, stunning and used everyday. Very deep though, so safety is paramount with young children.
We had a number of BBQ's and sitting outside at night in the patio area was just perfect.
Dean and Tracy the owners are so obliging, sorted out our requirements re bedding and high chairs for the young ones, but all bedrooms are well equipped and the master is large with a lovely shower unit in the bathroom.
Would recommend this villa for both adults only or with children. As a family we were sorry to leave, but we all throughly enjoyed our stay. You can't beat this area for beaches, sea and climate. I loved it.

Villa Cabo roig
We stayed as a family of 8 adults and 2 children in this fantastic villa. It was the highlight of our holiday. It really is the perfect place to stay in Cabo roig. It's a beautiful quiet area and just a hundred metres to a fantastic beach. The house itself is fantastic with a beautiful pool and 4 spacious bedrooms. There is a lovely kitchen and 2 areas for dining, one inside and one outside. If you did need to watch tv it comes with every channel you need including the sports. Overall we couldn't say enough nice things about this villa or Dean and Tracy the owners. They looked after us in every need. We would highly recommend staying in this villa
