Bright 40sqm apartment on the second floor of an historic building ,in the Old Town, in a pedestrian zone, a few steps away from lake (5 mn), shops and traditional french markets. It is ideally situated close to many sports, nautical and cultural activities.

The apartment is in a brilliant location - the pedestrianised street is lively but not noisy and great for people watching. It’s literally a couple of minutes stroll to the Lake, and similar distance to the heart of the old town with a great choice of restaurants and bars.The information in the apartment is really useful. It recommended a trip to Semnoz which we would not have been aware of - and we had a fabulous day. We were very grateful for the fans in the apartment as our stay coincided with a heatwave! We had a great week - we loved Annecy and enjoyed the apartment very much.

The apartment was as beautiful as the photos on Stayz. The location, communication and facilities in the apartment were first class. Absolutely loved the balcony which overlooks the street. We had a wonderful stay in Annecy which is magnificent.

Absolutely adorable!! The online pics don’t do it justice. To hear the church bells while drinking coffee on the outside balcony was incredible! Walking distance to everything and the location was great to walk the canals before everyone else woke up was precious!! Would definitely stay here again. Felt like home!!!

Property was ideal. Well equipped and spacious. Balcony was a nice feature.Everything we needed was there. In a word 'superb'.
