it was hot and humid in Bucaramanga, and my room had no AC and the fan made noise all the time...

The ventilators wasn't clean, also the smell inside the room wasn't nice.

We booked rooms with ac but the reception insisted on giving us the ones with a fan even though there were available with ac.
The check in took over 15 minutes.
Our rooms looked at the road and it is so noisy that it was impossible to sleep.
The reception people are not the kindest.
Breakfast is served in a restaurant next door which was impossible to find a table.
The location is very sketchy.

I have stayed at the hotel 3 times. It is a good location for me. I enjoyed my room on the 1st floor this time. It was more quiet than the other floors
In general the hotel is very loud. Sound travels too well in the hallways. It makes it hard to sleep. Also, the mades talk a lot in the mornings in the halls, making it hard to sleep.
The area the hotel is located in is perfect for why I am in Bucaramanga but I would not stay in that area if I changed my activities.
While I like the hotel, I think it is more expensive than others in the same area and I don't feel like I get anymore benefit from paying more per night. The last 2 times I stayed in the hotel was because my normal hotel was only for Covid workers.

The only good thing is the location.
Old hotel , only cash is acceptable , since this place is in the center is loud . We didn’t like it at all . We got charged for AC as well .
