Property for exclusive use
Beautiful stone farmhouse, completely independent, 120 sq. m., holding up to 6 persons with two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property has a swimming pool, large garden, furnished terrace, barbecue, WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning throughout the house (except the kitchen) and parking, perfect for small families or groups of friends.
Outdoors and Swimming Pool
The farmhouse is surrounded by paved, shaded areas, divided in terracing areas, with several furnished relaxing areas. There is a panoramic, well-kept garden, with bushes, olive trees, plants and flowers, on the side of the house with the swimming pool, partly above ground and oval-shaped, 9 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.55 metres. There is a bathing area around the pool with sunbeds, a beach umbrella and a charming pergola with table, chairs and stonework barbecue, perfect for outdoor lunches. Guests can also use the panoramic rooftop, partially covered and complete with tables and chairs for outdoor breakfasts with sunbeds and a rocking chair. Parking within the property.Interior
The property is entirely on one floor. The day area has some steps and features stone arches which link the separate areas, made of typically Tuscan materials with wood beams and cotto flooring. The entrance leads to a living room with sofas, satellite TV and fireplace, which leads to the bright dining room with outdoor access, as well as to the well-equipped kitchen with fireplace. Completing the house are a large double bedroom with bathroom with shower leading to a covered courtyard furnished for relaxing moments, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower.

The property is in a residential area near to Radda in Chianti, in the Chianti countryside made of olive groves and vineyards, whilst still being near to shops.

The farmhouse has WiFi, mosquito screens at the bedroom windows (not on the French doors), central heating, air conditioning throughout the house (except the kitchen), baby bed, high chair, hair dryer, and parking in the property.
Services
The price includes bathroom, bedroom, kitchen linen and pool towels (changed weekly), internet, electricity (but not air conditioning), gas (but not heating), water, baby bed, high chair and washing services at the owner’s house twice a week. Upon request are cookery courses, tastings, dinners, hired help and babysitter.

This house was excellent, highly recommended. The location, just outside Radda in Chianti, is good - it's within walking distance to one local restaurant (within Villa). Although you could probably walk to Radda in Chianti, note that there is a small section of road (~500m) without a pavement/sidewalk. The house itself is beautiful. Although there is air conditioning throughout, the house naturally stayed relatively cool meaning we only used the air conditioning infrequently. The outdoor areas; the pool and seated/dining areas are lovely. There are a few different seated areas, all equipped with the various seats, cushions and sun loungers. It was 32-35C during our stay so the pool was very much appreciated and the roof terrace was glorious in the evening sun. The view across vineyards is stunning! The house in general was very clean throughout and included all the usual kitchen utensils/equipment to ensure a comfortable stay.
The host themselves could not have been more friendly and helpful. They clearly take great care of the property and this is reflected in the excellent condition. Note that the host lives next door to the house but they are very respectful regarding privacy.
My only slight criticism would be the address and directions provided by Vacavilla. Google Maps does not recognise the address provided and the written directions are not detailed enough to find the property once arrived in Villa. We had to ask a local, who in turn took us to the property having spoken to the host via my phone! Very helpful locals!

Loved the views from the rooftop, the hosts were very helpful and friendly. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants in Radda. Only minor downs were lots of mosquitoes, pool a bit cold and rained a fair bit.
