Air conditioning upstairs to the common areas and the room. The large downstairs bedroom, naturally cool gives full foot on the garden and pool.

Un plaisir de vacances
Un coin tranquille, à proximité il y a les commerces essentiel (pharmacie, restaurant, supermarché) si besoin!
Puis la location es situé entre bonifacio et Porto vecchio...un régal pour visiter ces 2 belle ville ainsi que toutes les plages magnifique su sud.
Je conseil cette location, avec des propriétaires super sympa et de bons conseils!!!

Ein Haus wie ein Traum
Wir hatten als Familie eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Haus und möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Ausstattung, Lage, der Pool sowie als Highlight der Charme des ganzen waren wunderbar. Patrick war ein sehr sympathischer und professioneller Gastgeber. Es war rundum traumhaft. Gerade für Familien mit Kindern ist der Pool fantastisch. Herzlichen Dank Patrick für alles!

Beautiful villa
We had a wonderful time staying in Figari. The villa is beautiful with lovely original features and perfectly tranquil. Stunning views and a nice pool as an added bonus. We enjoyed exploring the local area, restaurants and beaches. We would not hesitate to stay again, and Patrick was very welcoming.

Wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Blick und Garten. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Altes Haus in schöner Umgebung
Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wohn- und Schlafräume recht gemütlich teilweise klimatisiert.
Toilette in einen Schrank eingebaut und für große Menschen schlecht zu benutzen und zu verschliessen.
Ruhige Lage in angenehmer Autofahrentfernung nach Bonifacio und Port-Vecchio.
Insgesamt sehr schöne Unterkunft, wenn nicht alles perfekt und modern sein muß

Très jolie maison
Nous avons très bien été accueilli par le propriétaire. Nous avons adoré cette maison typique et son magnifique jardin (et nos voisines les tortues!). Très bien placée pour visiter le sud de la corse.

Très bon séjour
Un très beau séjour passé dans cette belle maison, très bien décorée et équipée. La communication avec le propriétaire était toujours rapide et efficace. La situation dans le petit centre de Figari mais au calme était très appréciable pour les courses de dernière minute comme pour visiter la Corse du Sud. Nous recommandons cette location.

autentisch renoviertes altes Steinhaus
Patrick hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Er gab uns gute Tipps zur Erkundung Korsikas. 2x pro Woche schaut er nach dem Pool und sorgt sich sehr um seine Gäste. In der Küche fehlt es zum Kochen an nichts, es sind genügend Kochutensilien vorhanden. Das Geschirr ist ein bisschen zusammengestückelt, aber ausreichend vorhanden. Die Holzfußböden knarren , so dass man es im unteren Schlafzimmer hört. Für BBQ-Freunde steht ein großer Weber-Gasgrill zur Verfügung. Je nach Jahreszeit ist für das Essen draußen Mückenschutz zu empfehlen. Der Pool ist praktisch nicht einsehbar. Die Liegen stehen unter einem Olivenbaum im Schatten, so dass im Sommer kein Sonnenschirm nötig ist. Die Sonne kommt dann am Nachmittag. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist gepflastert, etwas steil und schmal. Für die Fahrt nach Bastia zur Fähre muss man samstags 3 bis 3 1/2 Stunden rechnen, dadie Straße viel befahren ist und duch alle Ortschaften führt. Erst kurz vor Bastia ist ei kleis Stück Autobahn. Strände und Badebuchten sind außreichend in der Nähe vorhanden.

Une maison de charme authentique et très bien située
Calme, très bien situé pour visiter la corse du sud (bonifacio, porto vecchio, sartene et toutes les magnifiques plages le long de la cote). Très belle maison traditionnelle bien rénovée avec une superbe vue (surtout depuis la piscine, parfaite pour les enfants et pour des apéros devant le couché de soleil). Une superbe adresse !

Unterkunft für ein ganzes Jahr
Wie waren zur Risiko-Reisezeit in diesem traumhaft schönen Haus, und das hat uns wahrlich den Urlaub gerettet. Wir hatten hier alles, was es zum Glücklichsein braucht, wodurch wir sämtliche Einschränkungen gelassen am Pool oder auf der Terasse ertragen konnten. Und spätestens bei den Sonnenuntergängen am Pool war das Urlaubsfeeling perfekt und wir alle wünschten uns, diesen wundervollen Ort mal ein ganzes Jahr erleben zu können

Wonderful place on earth
We had a great time in the beautiful house of Patrick and Alice. It is very quite and lovely with a great view. The pool and the wild turtles were great fun for the kids. We definitely recommend it.

Charming house in Figari
The house was a perfect base for our family of 4 to explore the stunning beaches and towns of Southern Corsica. Located at the top of a hill accessed via a fairly narrow street the views from the house and pool were delightful. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bbq was easy to use. Patrick provided advice on local beaches and restaurants and any minor queries were handled quickly.

Maison charmante avec une piscine fort appréciée au cours de ce séjour au soleil de plomb! La proximité de l’aéroport est pratique et n’est pas du tout dérangeante, la localisation idéale pour découvrir la pointe sud de l’île. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires disponibles et sympathiques!

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour à Figari dans la maison de M. Patrick Simoni ayant bien apréciés sa gentillesse et tout le confort de la maison, tres bien équippée avec air conditionné, piscine et barbecue. Nous espérons y revenir les prochaines années.

Villa Simoni
A very homely, cosy, rustic cottage in a village location only a 10 drive from Figari airport.
The road up to the villa is a very narrow, steep, cobbled lane, but the reward of amazing views are definitely worth it.
We were kindly met by Patrick, who showed us around the villa and informed us of the near by facilities.
Patrick was only a phone call/email away if we needed anything.
Villa Simoni is only a short drive away from Bonificio, Porto Vecchio and numerous beautiful beaches.
We very much enjoyed our stay in Corsica and Villa Simoni. Thank you Patrick.

Echte Korsika-Ferien! Traumhaftes Idyll!
Wir haben unsere zwei Wochen im Haus von Patrick und Alice sehr genossen. Ein schönes typisches, altes Landhaus, dass seit Generationen der Familie gehört. Das Haus ist grosszügig und sehr typisch eingerichtet. Die offene Küche zum Wohnbereich ist gut eingerichtet und man hat alles, was man braucht. Im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Das offene Bad befindet sich im unteren Teil des Hauses, in dem sich auch das Kinderzimmer befindet. Ein Traum ist die Terrasse, auf der wir immer gegessen und die lauen Sommerabende genossen haben. Der Pool Bereich ist etwas tiefer gelefen, kaum einsehbar und bietet viel Privatsspähre. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Die Lage von Figari - nah an Bonifacio und an Porto Vecchio ist ideal um den Süden der Insel zu erkunden. Im Dorf gibt es zwei Restaurants und zwei Bars, sowie einen Spar-Supermarkt. 3 Weingüter und das Pozzo di Mastri sind in nächster Nähe und sehr zu empfehlen.
Patrick und Alice sind perfekte Gastgeber, die sich stets um uns bemüht haben, den Pool zweimal die Woche gereinigt haben und auch sonst sehr sympathische Ansprechpartner waren. Wir haben jede Minute in ihrem Haus genossen!

Superbe maison dans un environnement calme
Merci à Monsieur et Madame Simoni pour leur accueil dans cette maison charmante, très propre et très bien décorée.
L' environnement est très calme ce qui est appréciable surtout au mois d’août.
Nous avons pu nous reposer loin de la foule et profiter aussi de la piscine après la plage .
La Corse est une île merveilleuse qui mérite d’être protégée.
