Very nice stylish House,with nice and helpful Owner. All around is good and a beautiful View.

Isabella was very welcoming and helpful. The villa had a lot of character and the room had a good view.

Some bread at breakfast, though this could have been our fault as we didn't ask.

The bathroom, although private, was not inside the room

We (a dutch couple from the Netherlands) have spent here two nights. The place is a real villa from the 1800’s and looks that way. Really great and on a mountain so you have a stunning view over Livorno. The host is very kind and especially very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful

The one thing we were missing was some cooling down comfort like a ceiling fan of an airconditioning. The temperature was around 35 degrees outside and in the bedroom it was the same. This made the nights somewhat uncomfortable. And a chair in the bedroom would have been nice (to sit on, to easily tighten the shoes or to put some clothes on at night).
