A tiny modern Suite

The owner is super nice and helpful, he gave us many useful tips concerning the parkings in city and around the apartment, where to eat,… Supermarket is in walking distance. Smart TV.

Huge construction right on the beach. The whole beach was closed (and I suppose it will not be usable at least for summer 2025). The next beach is reachable by foot in 10-12 minutes( mistral beach The apartment is modern and well equipped but due to the small size and design, the hygiene standards cannot be maintained. Main issues: 1- the toilet does not have a door (there is however a movable partition between room and the entrance section, where the toilet is, but it is a bit small and does not separate the two areas completely), so using the toilets when another person is in the room is a challenge (for number 2 😉). 2- The sink for WC and kitchen is shared, also the dust bin.

The weather was lovely and we had a great time despite various challenges

The location is good being by the sea. The host was great, very helpful indeed.

The flat is extremely small. It’s like a camper van. There is literally no space to move. there was also a building site opposite the flat on the see front. Obviously you can just walk away from this - and we did -but it’s not exactly charming. Generally it’s like being on a council estate but with the Old Town a short taxi ride. For a night or two this would be lovely - 4 days in the tiny space was challenging.

Liegt direkt am Strand Znjan. Alles ist fußläufig super zu erreichen. Uber in die Stadt kostet ca. 6 Euro. Der Eigentümer hat mich für 25 Eur auch zum Flughafen gefahren. Danke Kristijan.

Nice location, the facilities of the room are really good in terms of technology. Outside of the building, in front of the window is a small table and chairs, enough to drink a coffee, eat and smoke..

The room is really small and hot water is running just for ~7 min. Long hair- tacking a bath - took me 45 min, going in and out of the shower while the water was getting worm again. You are entering into the room through the bathroom... first thing that you see when you are opening the door is ... the toilet..
