Direct beach access in rear and the pool, tennis courts, and basketball court are all an elevator ride away. 24 hr gated security. My unit has all the comforts of home. Fully functional kitchen with all appliances. Queen size bed and full size futon. 50 inch flat screen tv, free wifi, and cable television. Beach chairs and towels provided. Free parking space included Beachfront studio apartment sleeps 3 in the heart of San Juan , PR 10 minutes from airport . Newly remodeled modern studio. Gated 24 hour security. Walking distance to all the nightlife and restaurants. Right next door to the San Juan Hotel and Casino. CONDO LOCATION: The condo is located at Coral Beach Building one of the nicest beachfront condominiums in Isla Verde Avenue and by far the best location of all. Location Amenities: • Gated beachfront building with 24 hour security • Lots of restaurants and nightlife options a few steps away • Next door to the Intercontinental Hotel and the San Juan Hotel & Casino • Strip mall with Mini Market, ATM and restaurants across the street • 24-hour Walgreens one block away • 24-hour Charlie Car Rental one block away • 24-hour Supermarket ~ 5 minute walk • Various trendy beach bars a few steps. Ciao Mediterraneo Intercontinental Bar next door • Watersports rentals a few steps away (wave runners, kayaks, parasail, and banana boats among others) • Surfing Lessons ~ 10 minute walk • Bike Rental ~ 5 minute walk • Isla Verde is the nicest beach of San Juan ~ the place to see and be seen TRANSPORTATION: • No need to rent a car…. But if you do parking spot #51 is assigned to you • Everything is within very easy and safe walking distance (day and night) • Public bus to Old San Juan stops in our building • 10 minute drive from airport with absolutely no airport noise • To rent a car for a day there is 24 hour Charlie Car Rental across the street * You will not want to stay anywhere else and then have to travel by car at night, even on small distances, because you end up in a condo in a small very quiet nearby street, or on the other very quiet side of Isla Verde (next to the Ritz and the Courtyard Marriott). Only the condos on Isla Verde Ave. that are near the Intercontinental and El San Juan Hotel are the ones you can truly walk to/from at any time of the day AND night, even with small children. This area of Isla Verde Ave has lots of light at night, security and tourists walking around at all times, yet our condo is very quiet, you will not hear any street noise. DAY TRIPS ACTIVITIES: • Stroll along El Yunque Forest numerous trails that lead you to stunning waterfalls • Zoom through amazing lush tropical mountains in zip lines for all ages and ability levels • Paddle through calm and enchanting mangrove island forests • Experience one of the world’s bioluminescent lagoons in a night kayak or electric boat trip • Enjoy horseback riding along the scenic Mameyes River • Ride a mountain bike or ATV along the foothills of El Yunque Forest • Unwind in a sailing or catamaran snorkeling day trip to the Spanish Virgin Islands • Catch the ferry to the unspoiled Flamenco Beach in Culebra, constantly named as one of the most beautiful in the world by travel experts * You will need to rent a car to get to these day trips or join a tour. * Guests are provided a detailed list of nearby restaurants, day trips, things to do, tips and recommendations on tour companies. This place was just perfect for us. So easily accessible to the beaches, and an Uber ride away from anything that wasn’t walking distance. It was nice that enterprise was just down the street for us to rent a car a few days into the trip. We loved that this place felt more like a “home”/apt, with all of the needed kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, etc. The layout made it feel spacious, as opposed to it feeling too much like a hotel room. It was also nice having the large balcony with view to the ocean.

Loved the location and the beach! Would stay here again. Close to hotels and restaurants. Just wish the key fobs worked better.

I couldn't have picked a better place!! Pool and beach are literally an elevator ride away, many restaurants walking distance, the check in was easy. Condo was just perfect! My flight was super early so we arrived early, and Antonio was nice enough to let us check in early!! Thanks Antonio Would definitely go back and rent from him again!!

Beachfront property with instagram views all around, studio but it’s worth it. One bed, bathroom , towels included, fast communication from Antonio and he extended our welcome past this trip, will be coming back! Don’t think twice 🌟

My fiancé and I enjoyed the place. It is next to several places to eat and drink. The beach is literally right behind the property and the pool is nice too if you don’t feel like getting your feet dirty. Old San Juan is a 10$ Uber away and any of the tours will pick you up from the El San Juan hotel which is .2 away from the property. The place looks a little more dated in person but everything worked well. Tony was very communicative and I had no issues checking in or finding the place because of him. If you are looking for something to wow somebody this may not be the place… find a hotel. But if you are looking for a place to sleep and shower while you explore Puerto Rico you can’t go wrong here.

Easy access to the beach, bus stop, and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery store and coffee. Our experience with Antonio was quick and we had everything we needed in the apartment. Thank you for hosting us.

Tony was great! Any questions we had he was very prompt! Quick walk to the beach. Huge pool but not a lot of chairs. A few things to keep in mind as this room wasn’t stocked like most VRBO’s are. *We were supplied with only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel *There are no washcloths, hand towels or dish rags/towels Otherwise the stay was great! Balcony was a great size! Walking distance to so much! CVS across the st! Check out Beach Breeze next to this condo! It’s pretty much the only bar on the beach. There are a few other across from the beach as well. Beach was awesome and one of the best on the Island!

Antonio was quick to respond and great to work with. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The property is secure. Don’t stay at the beach after dark, you’ll get locked out! Haha but can walk around and security will allow you in.

The host was amazing! The room was located perfectly with a great view of the beach. Private beach access with fob. Pool was being maintained, so unfortunately not available for us, but for your stay it should be ready. Great restaurants and shops walking distance. Very safe area too. CVS, Walgreens and many other convenient store feet away. AC in room was excellent. Security gated with private parking space. Great beach gear like chairs, coolers and towels. A must stay!!!

Started out a little questionable when we got there the bed was a little dirty however the host had no way of knowing as he was in Columbia and it was probably just an oversight the host responded quickly and had his maid there first thing in the morning the staff was amaizing very friendly and the location couldn't have been better everything from the check in to the comfort was perfect I'd definitely suggest using him and I plan to again thanks for everything tony

Great condo to enjoy beach and work from home. Fast WiFi and front line beach location. You even have a side view of the beach between buildings from the bed and balcony which came as a pleasant surprise.

Renting process was simple, description and photos accurately described the property, property was clean and location provided easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Property staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Property manager responded quickly to all inquiries.

Stay was Great view Is Blocked by a building but much better than I expected, only complaint was that there were no washcloths , which was not a Big deal I would’ve just packed some if I’d known , condo Is basic but clean and has everything you need chairs to use In Room but chair/umbrella rental right out on the beach ,very safe quiet building used Uber to go everywhere!!

We had a wonderful stay at the rental and Antonio was amazing and every time we needed some thing which was basically questions that I had to ask all I had to do was text him and he was right on it with a reply, everything was already there in the apartment when we arrived and all the amenities that you can possibly think of, we loved it and from the location to the security, I highly recommended and I would definitely stay there again next time and I give it five stars all the way around. Thank you very much…..

Place was nice except the first night water to the building was shut down for repairs inside the building from 6pm to 6 am. And some loud jack hammering in the morning, but besides tjat it was nice

The condo was clean, access on first day was easy! Right on the beach, 24 hr security & directly across the street is a small strip mall! The host, Anthony was available and answered right away anytime I reached out to him. I will definitely be back!

This is the perfect location near everything and minutes to the beach. Great communication with property manager and accessing property, answered my questions in a timely manner. Will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips.

This is absolutely the best place to stay. Tony was very welcoming. The room was just right. Clean and comfortable. The beach is right in the back. The property is beautiful. It's in the center of the everything that you'll need in PR. I will definitely be back.

Antonio met us to help us check in. He gave us recommendations of activities to do. He went above the normal to make sure our stay was comfortable. The area was terrific. Great restaurants, bars and the best beach in Puerto Rico! Can’t go wrong staying here if you have a small group 2/3.
