The Blue Macaw is a terrific place to stay and the meals prepared. by the private chef were delicious. We all had a great time. P.S. It would be great if the bedrooms had hooks and a few hangers so guests have a place to hang up their clothes. The steps to the pool get wet and are slippery. A handrail would be a welcome addition.

My family stayed here over Christmas 2018. I was hesitant to spend the money for the vip package but it was definitely worth the price. The meals cooked twice a day were amazing each and every day. Having the property all to ourselves was so perfect for our stay. Everyone was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

I recommend Blue Macaw to everyone. Its a big property right on the beach and the layout is great for large groups. Its was fast and easy to get back and forth from downtown Jaco Beach and we had no problem bring the party back to the house. The VIP people were great to work with and were a huge part of the group having such a good time. Warning... if you stay at Blue Macaw for a few days and nights you wont want to leave.
