Modern luxury apartment (132 m2) situated in amazing Central Nice close to Rue Jean Medecin, Promenade des Anglais, Place Massena and the Train Station, ideal base for exploring Cote d'Azur other main centres: Montecarlo, Cannes and Villefranche-sur-Mer, Cap Ferrat...etc.

We recently stayed here as a group of seven and found there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay.Air conditioning was available in the communal area only, but each bedroom had a fan, which helped keep the rooms comfortable.There were three bathrooms. One contained only a bath and no toilet, so we didn’t use it. The other two bathrooms had walk-in showers, although only one had a toilet. There were also two separate toilets available. For a larger group, this bathroom arrangement might be less practical.The location is excellent, with both the tram and train station just a five-minute walk away.Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it.

First thing: Nora was incredible! She was helpful and kind. We had everything we needed and it felt like home every time we came back in from a hot day of exploring. Thank you!

There was a language barrier with our Check In person,
Nora. She didn't speak English and we don't speak French.
The Chain on the Front Door sticks and in an Emergency, it could be catastrophic.
We did run out of Hot Water once during our stay and in one of the showers, the drain was clogged a couple of days into our trip. Nora did take care of that.
We were a party of 7 people for 5 days, we were not given very much Toilet Paper. When I asked about it, I was told
to go to the store and get more. We already had but I feel we should not have to provide toilet paper on our Vacation.
Also, they did not provide Coffee, Paper Towels, Laundry Detergent, Shampoo or Shower Gel, which I think is a requirement.
I mention these things so the property can improve, especially on the Front Door Safety Issue!
