Situated in Edinburgh, this lovely condo for $277 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Learmonth Court is an elegant art deco mansion, set back in a quiet private road within landscaped gardens. It has the security of a resident caretaker and has lifts to the apartment, which enjoys amazing views from its 4th floor location. Perfectly situated, it is a 15 minute walk to the start of the attractions at the West End of Princes Street, a 5 minute walk to the local Waitrose supermarket and a 2 minute walk to the local restaurant and bar. It is regarded as a home from home by our guests who have rated it 5 stars and have come back year after year, loving the comfy beds, the sofas dressed with plump cushions and throws, and the well equipped kitchen. Our guests tell us how they love sitting at the bay window after a hard day's sightseeing, enjoying the view over the roof tops to the stunning Fettes college and beyond to the Kingdom of Fife. Then, enjoying a peaceful night sleep in one of the 2 double bedrooms (one of which can be made up as a twin) with its fresh white bed linen. We have now completely renovated the bathroom and kitchen, which features a twin oven and ceramic hob, along with integrated fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Overall, the apartment is furnished to a high standard with wireless broadband just another feature in the all inclusive price shown. All-in-all, you will find the apartment very comfortable - a real home from home. We welcome you and we are certain you will enjoy your stay!

Euan was so kind and helpful both before and during our visit over New Year 2024 - Hogmanay! He gave us great tips including where to view the fireworks without stress. It was great to have parking. There’s very easy access to an excellent bus service into town. It’s a stroll to lots of shops; cafes and restaurants. The apartment was warm and cosy with space for the four of us to relax. We loved the lounge dining room with its table overlooking the area. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to one day be able to make a return visit

A cozy, warm and festive flat greeted us after a long drive. The kitchen had everything and more that you could need including a dishwasher. The bedrooms were clean and the bed linens were beautiful and the beds very comfortable. The flat is in a beautiful part of the city and only a comfortable 10-15 minute walk to Princes street. There is a bus stop within 5 minutes too if you prefer. The flat is exactly like the photos and diacription and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas holiday, one to remember.

This was our third vacation in great Edinburgh. After we have made in 2022 very bad experiences with the former accommodation and the landlord, we were a little afraid to experience such an odyssey again. But all our concerns were unfounded. Euan and Avril are wonderful hosts and the Flat was stunning. The photos on the internet do not do the flat justice. We thoroughly enjoyed every day and night and highly recommend this accommodation. We will gladly come back again.

I stayed here for one month and was very happy with this flat. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and a washing machine for clothes. The beds are very comfortable and the wifi is great. It is conveniently located near several bus routes, making it easy to get around the city. And the hosts are really lovely, helpful people. I'd definitely stay here again!

My family of three adults stayed here so comfortably. The lead up communication with Euan was over the top, including an apartment question during our stay. The apartment is super clean, decorated lovely, we were so happy here. Easy walking access to the Lothian bus, supermarket and the village of Stockbridge was ideal. This place is a winner, highly recommend!

The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed and we would certainly recommend it. The area is well served by buses and a 20 minute walk into the centre of Edinburgh. Stockbridge (10 minute walk) has some lovely coffee shops and a fabulous cheese shop.

What a lovely and perfect rental!! Clean, beautifully decorated…comfortable beds..great bathroom too! We arrived at midnight…no problem getting in. Neighborhood is clean…safe and friendly. The view from the flat is amazing!!! Easy walk to edge of Edinburgh…also checked out Stockbridge..also a fun town!! Communication with Euan was great…and we were able to leave our luggage there on our last day…as they didn’t have a guest checking in…that was very kind of them!! If I ever visit Edinburgh again..I would POSITIVELY stay at Euan and Avril’s again!

From the inital booking to our arrival, the hosts made everything so easy and provided regular communication The flat was very clean and with a fantastic provision of items to make it a real home from home There was even some complimetary toileteries and tea, coffee and sugar It was an ideal location to visit Edinburgh and for us the reason for our stay to see Bruce Springsteen at Murrayfield The small suburb of Stockbridge also had a good selection, of pubs, cafes and restaurants We would highly recommend to anyone to stay here if you are planning a trip to Edinburgh

Very much enjoyed our time staying at this property. Gorgeously renovated spacious apartment, great kitchen that includes a washer. Short bus ride to the city center from the stop right out front, quick easy walk to a large grocery store. Euan was easy to work with and an excellent host. We'll definitely keep his property in mind next time we come to Edinburgh.

Everything about this Edinburgh flat made for a perfect stay. It is spacious yet cozy and had modern amenities within a charming, old-fashioned building. The living space has ample room, and the beds are very comfortable. While my mom and I stayed here, we walked, took the bus, and cabbed to and from the flat to areas around Edinburgh, and any mode of transportation you wish to use is accessible from the flat. I can't recommend this accommodation highly enough. The hosts had a lot of information to share in advance of our arrival and were available throughout our stay for check-ins as needed. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great stay in Comely Bank and Euan and Avril were fantastic hosts. The apartment was absoloutley fabulous and we really enjoyed staying there. All facilites were available and the location was excellent. Stockbridge is a great place for a pint and some chips afterwards. We will definitely be back when we visit Edinburgh again.

The flat is very smart, spacious and well-equipped with parking outside. The location is a short walk to Edinburgh centre in one direction and Stockbridge in the other, and is also not far from the Royal Botanic Gardens . Euan and Avril were very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. We'd definitely stay there again and recommend it highly.
