There are many advantages of renting this house: 1) Its proximity with the beaches of Portonovo, just 10 min away; 2) the typical tranquillity of the countryside, away from populated areas (however, the convenient urban centres can be easily reached by a few-minute drive. 3) the possibility of a holiday by the sea and trips to Monte Conero at the same time. The apartment, in a house of stone, is ideal for 2 people (possibility of additional beds) and offers a direct access to the garden, where you will find deck chairs, umbrellas, and a garden table with chairs. The apartment has a large lounge with TV, an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, and roof covered with wooden beams. It has a double bedroom and one bathroom. The lounge has two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed.

We were there for the second time in the beautiful Parco de Conero! Very well equipped, spacious and clean apartment, great location with sea view and evening sun, very nice host family, very nice and within walking distance beach, beautiful excursions in the area. We stayed with Catia and Pierfrancesco for six nights. They live on the estate. The journey went very smoothly thanks to the location provided to us via Google Maps. The beach is breathtaking, but the path there was a real challenge (very steep). The apartment is equipped with everything you need for the stay. Since construction work had been taking place in the house over the last two days, we received a small gift with local specialties. Last night, the two became grandparents. We wish everyone all the best for the future and good health. Thank you for the wonderful time.

We had the most wonderful time in the Conero Park, fabulous accommodation set in stunning nature, with very warm and welcoming hosts! Grazie mille to Catia and her family for taking such good care of us!

Auf der einen Seite des Meer, auf der anderen die Hügel, die Aussicht ist herrlich. Leider ist der Parkplatz so gelegen, dass Alle auf dem Weg zu ihren Autos an Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Terrasse vorbeilaufen, so dass man für etwas Privatsphäre, wenigstens im Haus, die Vorhänge eigentlich immer geschlossen halten muss.
Im Schlafzimmer sind Geräusche sowohl aus der benachbarten als auch der darüber liegenden Wohnung gut zu hören.
Die Küchenzeile hat schon bessere Tage gesehen, aber es funktionierte alles. Der Wasserhahn an der Spüle wackelt bedenklich, der Deckel des Abfalleimers war abgebrochen.
Ärgerlich waren die Unordnung und mangelnde Sauberkeit: Im Schlafzimmer fanden sich in jeder zweiten Schublade Decken und Bettwäsche, dazu ein Fernseher im Kleiderschrank. In Küche und Wohnzimmer kein System in den Schränken, Tassen über 2-3 Schränke verteilt, Tüten und Beutel und anderes Zeug offensichtlich irgendwo reingestopft. Die Schubladen und Schränke waren nicht sauber, und der Boden scheinbar nur um die Möbel herum schnell gefegt / gewischt. Ein Sofa sehr durchgesessen, die Matratze hingegen gut.
Insgesamt würde dieser Wohnung eine Menge liebevoller Zuwendung gut tun, denn gut geschnitten und gelegen ist sie, die Gastgeber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.
