WE LOVED OUR STAY AT MARY ANN & DALE'S, GETAWAY CONDO IN BONITA SPRINGS, FLORIDA. THE POOL WAS HEATED, AND VERY CLEAN AS WELL AS THE CONDO. SECURITY WAS GREAT, WITH THE GATES IN & OUT. LOTS OF NATURE ACTIVITY, SEATED ON THE SCREENED IN LANAI. THIS PLACE TRULY HAS WHAT MADE OUR VACATION, A VERY SUCESSFUL STAY. WE HOPE TO COME BACK AGAIN, TO THIS GEM IN SUNNY SOUTHWEST FLORIDA. Wonderful, well equipped apartment perfectly located for many activities, beaches, great restaurants and shopping. The swimming pool is excellent too. Great communication from the owner, highly recommend staying here.

Just great in every way

This is a fantastic place to stay… Everything about it is wonderful. If you travel heavy with luggage you do need to know there is no elevator, but the stairs are not too much at all. The unit is so well stocked I was surprised. The owners have made this place feel like a tropical home away from home. Plus you have Naples and Marco Island just a straight shot away. Everything you could possibly need or want is everywhere around you. So many options to do anything and go anywhere. Excellent strategic location and great to just stay in the area too if you choose not to explore. The host is so well organised and professional and prepares you so well that you couldn’t possibly expect more. Just excellent on every level.

Felt right at home immediately. The hosts have achieved the warmth and inviting comfort that they want all their guests to feel from the moment they pull up and unload the car. The positive energy and vibrant colors throughout the condo leaves you with a feeling of being at YOUR family’s place. It’s like you have been family with the hosts for life. Cannot tell you how much their hospitality has meant to our group. Such a beautiful home with so many amenities and little touches here and there to show they care about your comfort level. The owners were very pleasant to work with and answered our questions quickly. The condo was provisioned extremely well with the basic necessities like laundry, dishwasher, dish soap, etc. which helped after a 21/2 day drive. The 2nd floor condo is attractively decorated and the screened lanai and lovely setting with table, chairs & view was an added treat. We enjoyed our stay.

Never had to drive more than a few minutes to the beach, shopping, golf and restaurants. The unit was well stocked with all the essentials and more, including beach gear. The owner was very accessible and responsive.

This condo is amazing. It's so comfortable and extremely well equipped. The gated community is very quiet and the lake is lovely. We had everything we needed and more. Had the best holiday ever and would love to return sometime in the future. Mary Ann was great to work with and very helpful. Would highly recommend the property. Mary Ann was a dream to work with, great communication throughout. The condo is on a gated estate set back from US41, very quiet. Everything in the condo worked fine, good wifi, good quality furnishings and a full kitchen. Also included were items needed for a beach visit, chairs, parasols etc. The screened lanai had a view of the pool. The complex was well maintained and the pool was spotless. Great option for visiting Fort Myers and Naples areas. Thanks again Mary Ann.

We (three adults) were very happy with this rental and would be glad to return. The condo was comfortable, well furnished and equipped, and nicely bright and cheery. We were comfortable in every way. We made good use of Barefoot and Delnor-Wiggins beaches, the big draw for us.

Our stay at this condo was EXCELLENT! The condo has everything we needed, and everything was in excellent condition - towels, linens, kitchen amenities, cooking utensils, beach stuff, bikes, wifi, HD TV, AND MORE! The owners were MORE than accommodating to all our needs, and very easy and pleasant to rent from. The pool is great! The location is very well located, central to everything you need, great restaurants, shopping, beach, etc.. We will be coming back for sure!

We just can't say enough nice things about our stay. The unit is lovely, nicely furnished and decorated with comfy beds. The morning light coming in from the lanai is beautiful. The hosts provided everything we could need and were so easy to communicate with. The location is very convenient to our favorite beach, Barefoot Beach, and several others. We had a wonderful time and would definitely like to stay here again.

This condo is a hidden gem in Bonita Springs. Close to everything, but in a small, quiet community off Tamiami Trail, we found a place to call our own for over two months as we looked for a permanent home in the area. Perfect for couples as well as families for a week, a month or longer, everything is there for you to have fun, fun, fun! Restaurants are nearby, beach is just around the corner and the view off the lanai is as though you were living in a treehouse! So stress free. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay the best. If you need it, it's provided. Would come back to this hidden gem anytime!

Property was exactly as described..clean and well equipped, right down to beach chairs, towels and coolers. Location was also ideal with proximity to Bonita, Naples and ft. Myers. ten minutes to Wiggins Pass state park and 10 minutes to Barefoot beach. Also close to shopping and entertainment. Owners were a pleasure to do business with.
