About this villa rental

Situated in Ko Chang, this lovely villa for $109 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This is a beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, a stone's throw from the water. Sit on the front porch while enjoying a beverage and beautiful ocean views. The house is 2 story with a large balcony on the upstairs Master bedroom, as well as a patio at the living room and first floor bedroom, and 20 meters away from the community pool. All linens are provided. Mid-week cleaning (or once-a-week on longer stays). Additional housekeeping if desired for an extra fee. Our small private beach is about 100 meters away. There is an Italian/Thai restaurant 300 meters up the shore, and a few restaurants within 3 kilometers. Some will deliver food and one will pick you up for meals (when they aren't too busy). We have a part-time car-and-driver and have cars and scooters for rent. We are located on the East Coast of Koh Chang, and White Sands Beach is 12 kilometers away. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and living spaces. This is a small private community of 15 homes, in a quiet residential area, Baan Talay Thai. There is a lot of room for kids to roam around without worrying about traffic, as we are at the end of a private road. It's a very relaxing place to spend a holiday with family and friends. We have many return customers, as it a special spot and beautiful home. We can provide transportation from Bangkok for a reasonable fee. Please write for any additional information.

My family of 7 adults loved this big house on Ko Chang. It has big rooms, plenty of common spaces indoors and out, a short walk to a small beach, and a good Thai restaurant about a kilometer walk away that serves all 3 meals. Perfect place to unwind after having been in the city. Bruce was very responsive to our questions. You would need a form of transportation to get to the more famous sites on Ko Chang. We rented a car by you could probably use grab.
