This home is located across the street from the beach access, has covered porches on 1st and 2nd levels, private pool, outdoor shower, and grilling area. This 2nd row Beach House is just steps to the pristine and family friendly sandy beaches of Surfside Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and plenty of parking. Interaction with guests: Southern Coast Vacations has a complete reservations staff that is well versed in all aspects of each of our rentals homes, and the surrounding areas. They work with you during the booking process, before your arrival for additional questions and information, and our staff is available to you 24/7. If at any time you are in need, we are able to assist! Other things to note: Beach and Pool towels are not provided, so be sure to bring some along. Pool is not heated. Our properties are completely non smoking. Pet friendly for one dog under 50 pounds - dogs ONLY, no aggressive breeds, must pay a $250 non refundable pet fee We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only. Motorcycles, Golf carts, and trailers are welcome. Charcoal grill is available on the property. Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach). Guests should bring their own toiletries, we supply a starter set of toiletries. Per the linen package that is already included, we will provide 1 set of towels per guest and sheets for each bed.
