Summary:

A blue bathroom with a big walk-in shower — rare to find in the small Cinque Terre villages — is the little surprise of Casa Pina, on Via Mazzini in the heart of Vernazza. 55 sqm, first floor, sleeps up to 5.



The Space:

Spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a folding single bed for a fifth guest (best suited to a child), dining table, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, gas hob, dishwasher, kettle). The standout feature is the large blue bathroom with a spacious shower. Washing machine, Nespresso machine, free Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

First floor, no lift. Exclusive access to the flat.



The Neighborhood:

Via Mazzini, in the heart of Vernazza: beach, square, restaurants, bars and shops all within reach. The train station is close by, handy for visiting the other Cinque Terre villages without a car.



Getting Around:

The train station is a few minutes' walk. Public car park above the village for drivers (about 1,200 metres from the pedestrian area), shuttle and a short walk to our office (about 5 minutes).



Other Things to Note:

Small and medium-sized dogs welcome for a supplement, on a lead in communal areas including the stairs, not on beds or sofas.



We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning — croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk and sugar — plus our award-winning extra virgin olive oil from a local producer whose mill and honey production can be visited on one of our experiences, salt and washing-up liquid, and washing machine/dishwasher pods where fitted. Bed and bath linen included with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout. Concierge office in Vernazza open 9:30am–7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

Interaction with Guests:

Assisted check-in from 3:00pm, please share your arrival time in advance; late check-in 7:00pm–10:00pm, with a €50 supplement only if assisted check-in is requested: past this hour car parks close, night trains are rare and often delayed or cancelled, and the villages fall quiet with no one around who could really help anyway.
