About this house rental
Nestled in Chia, this attractive house for $271 per night is a great choice for your next break. THE SEA HOUSE OF THE TORRE DI CHIA For your holidays, a spacious and comfortable rustic house a few meters from the beach, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen, but also a furnished veranda, two balconies and a small laundry corner. The house is part of a group of 4 villas immersed in a Mediterranean maquis park and a huge carpet of green lawn ... which reaches the beach less than 100 meters away. The large living room leads directly to the veranda overlooking the park, surrounded by fig, oleander and tericci plants with the scents of myrtle and lentisks ... The veranda is equipped with a large table, sunbeds and a pleasant outdoor shower to cool off when you return from the sea! Ideal for your relaxation, but also for the sense of freedom that this large space gives you! The view of the greenery, where you can read lazily, lying on the lawn while your children play ... Ideal for families, but also for groups of friends, as a retreat for an inspired artist, in the wonderful atmosphere of Chia. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor with a view from the balcony on the large lawn or towards the Chia tower. The living room is furnished with bespoke Sardinian handcrafted furniture and decorated with the colors and themes of the sea: blue, sand, fish, shells, boat-shaped lamps that are about to set sail, with a diffused light for pleasant summer evenings! The brand new bathrooms are made with traditional Sardinian ceramics and the showers are made to measure with natural stone, comfortable and spacious. The rooms are bright and spacious, each with air conditioning and these are also furnished with the restful colors of the sea, blue, sand, bright white. The details of the curtains and decorations are handmade, with a design that follows the tradition of Sardinian craftsmanship revised in a contemporary key. The beach on which the houses overlook has the colors and transparencies of the famous sea of Chia ... beautiful in the early morning or evening at sunset; long walks to the tower or the flamingo lagoon, with your feet immersed in the water and the colors and scents of the sea on your face. Near the house there are the main services, two markets, two pizzerias and restaurants, a bar. Within a few kilometers, the square of shops and evening shows, pharmacy and clubs for dinner or an aperitif. What to say? Happy holiday! We are waiting for you here in Chia!

Herrliche Lage!
Das Reiheneckhaus liegt in einem riesigen Garten/Park mit direktem Strandzugang.
Die Inneneinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und vor allem die Küche nur schlecht ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer oben sind vollkommen in Ordnung.
Uns hat das Innere des Hauses schnell nicht mehr interessiert, da die Lage einfach unbeschreiblich schön ist. Der parkähnliche Garten ist ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort und durch ein kleines Tor gelangt man direkt zum Strand.
Verschiedene kleine Mini-Supermärkte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso einige Restaurants.
Wir hatten das Glück den Großteil unseres Aufenthalts die einzigen Urlauber (4 Erwachsene, 4 kleine Kinder) in den insgesamt 4 Häuschen zu sein und auch waren die Strände noch abgesehen vom Wochenende nicht wirklich voll (Ende Mai/Anfang Juni).
Insgesamt haben wir trotz der nicht optimalen Innenausstattung einen wunderbaren Urlaub dort verbracht!!

ECCELLENTE SOLUZIONE
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto confortevole in questa proprietà. Siamo stati in 4, due coppie di amici di mezza età, senza figli.
La proprietà corrisponde perfettamente con la descrizione visibile sul sito, quindi vederla non ha creato sorprese. E' situata non vicino alla spiaggia, ma attaccata alla spiaggia, raggiungibile da un cancelino direttamente dalla proprietà medesima, senza neppure uscire sulla strada.
La casa è semplice ma ben attrezzata con tutto ciò che serve. Sia la wifi sia il condizionamento sono di buon livello.
Ci è molto piaciuta sia la spaziosità e comodità della casa, sia la disposizione al centro di un vasto prato ben tenuto.
La relazione con l'ufficio che gestisce la proprietà è stato molto facile ed il customer care eccellente. Hanno davvero fatto tutto ciò che potevano per aiutarci.
La suggeriamo senz'altro.

wunderschöner Strand in wenigen Schritten erreichbar
Das Haus ist eher einfach ausgerüstet. Die Lage ist perfekt, liegt im Grünen und die Jungs hatten eine riesen Wiese zum Fussball spielen. Der Strand ist eine Klasse für sich, einfach top! Die Vermieterin war immer zu erreichen und wir durften schon einige Stunden früher ins Haus als im Vertrag steht. Alles prima und absolut empfehlenswert!

Alles schön sauber, schöner grosser Garten mit Bäumen und vielen Oleandeund ein Fussballplatz, Rosmarin zum Kochen. Eigener Sandstrandzugang. Pizzaria gegenüber. Einfach wunderbar.

Toller Aufenthalt zu Ostern
Das Ferienhaus liegt wirklich traumhaft mit riesigem Garten und direktem Zugang zur tollen Bucht in Chia.
Massimo war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
Insgesamt hat alles gestimmt.

Posto meraviglioso, spiagge uniche e mare caraibico. Tutto tenuto in maniera perfetta.
La casa ha una posizione fantastica e un giardino meraviglioso da godere. L'interno della casa però è spoglio e poco attrezzato. Basterebbe qualche quadretto carino, posate e bicchieri allegri, un tappetino per pulire i piedi all'ingresso e per la doccia esterna. Mancano spazi per l'appoggio in cucina considerato che la casa è per 9. Con poche cose di poco costo la casa può diventare perfetta!

Un accueil très sympathique. Un accès très facile. Une maison jolie et agréable dans un lieu superbe. Très grand et beau jardin avec accès direct à une superbe plage de sable blanc et eau turquoise.

Lovely house and location with a helpful property owner
What a fantastic location! You can see the sea from the comfortable bedrooms and the beds were the comfiest we've stayed in in Italy. House was clean and well equipped. Massimo was very helpful and didn't bat an eyelid at our late arrival due to a flat tyre. He was very accommodating. The beach was beautiful in April. Few tourists and warm sunshine. The sea was cold but crystal clear. Flamingoes flew over the bay at dusk each evening. The local bar and supermarket were a five minute walk away with fresh Sardinian products. Food at local restaurants was delicious. A ten minute drive West brings you to some truly stunning scenery and sandy bays. We only wish we'd stayed longer!

Wunderbare Lage in riesigem Garten direkt am Meer
Die Villa steht in einem Park ähnlichen Garten, die Kinder haben ihn geliebt zum rumtollen. Der Strand ist sanft abfallend und in Fussdistanz hat es weitere traumhafte Strände. Das Haus ist gross und mit allem nötigen eingerichtet. Die Bäder sind neueren Datums. Die Küche einfach aber praktisch, man findet alles. Massimo der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Posizione strategica, veramente a due passi dal mare.La casa é molto accogliente, pulita e con ogni tipo di confort come da descrizione.
La signora Margherita é stata molto gentile rispettando gli orari di check in e di check out rimanendo sempre disponibile per ogni eventualità.
