Nestled in Wildwood Crest, this charming condo for $343 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Our ocean front unit is without a doubt the most private and most desirable unit in Summer Sands. Being on the top floor we have the best views with nothing but the beach and ocean to look at. Being higher, one also hears the roar of the ocean much more distinctly. You can see the Wildwood boardwalk and Friday night fireworks on the beach from our balcony or the amazing morning sunrise which you can see from most anywhere in our unit. This is the main reason we purchased our unit. That million dollar view. The unit has been renovated with all the furnishings brand new. In the bedroom there is an upgraded queen pillow top mattress and a comfy bunk bed for the kids. The lower bunk bed mattress is upgraded to sleep an adult very comfortably. There is plenty of storage in the bedroom with additional shelving behind the door. Also find a 32 inch Samsung TV and 2 suitcase butlers........>>>>>(___Please note that guests at Summer Sands must provide their own linens and towels )___>>>Again bed linen and towels not provided and can be rented locally........

We don’t question the integrity of the owners. It could be my fault but I did not see the information that we needed to bring towels and sheets. Further, I was looking forward to watching the NFL games, but I could not find the network stations. We are experienced travelers so if the information and instructions were available, we missed it. We left half hour after arriving and gave up on the $we had already paid. As advertised, it overlooked a wide expanse of beach and the ocean. If forewarned about linens, it could be a nice stay. We wanted a place to celebrate our 2nd anniversary with a beachside view of the ocean and sunrise without crowds, and this place was perfect. The location is spectacular, the space was very comfortable and felt like home. We were only a short drive away from both Cape May and Wildwood, too. We loved it and would definitely book again.

What amazing sunrises! We haven’t had the pleasure of seeing a sunrise in years… our first morning we watched from the balcony-the rest of our stay we made sure we were on the beach to get great photos. And the weather - we had the best weather all year. The apartment is very efficient and well thought out. Everything we needed was there. Very clean and charmingly decorated. Love how close we were to Cape May. 10 minutes to the Lobster House! A lot of Wildwood was already closed for the season but Cape May had lots to offer. We did have an awesome dinner at Alfie’s in Wildwood. Excellent Italian food - count on bringing home leftovers! All in all a lovely few days away.

The apartament smells od cigarettes, we Open all doors and windows and the smell is still there. We spend around $50 for air fresheners little help but not much. I had a headache because I am alergic to smoke from cigarettes. Also bed materace was toooooo soft , we did not sleep all two nights, so we are happy that we did not stay longer Apartament was pretty nice , with nice decorations and great ocean view, but very small. Kitchen was fully equipted , we had everything what we need. We would not recommended this place to our friends because od very bad smell , toxic odor from smoking cigarettes

Nothing like looking at the ocean in the morning! Peaceful with coffee in hand. Lovely accommodations! Beautifully decorated. My grandchildren were in Wildwood so we were able to visit them and the Boardwalk. Thank you Susan for a wonderful stay.

This updated condo is tucked away on the top floor corner with direct ocean/beach views - which is priceless! It also has everything you need to take to the beach so you don't need to pack all those chairs, toys, coolers or umbrellas. The kitchen is also very well stocked. Just make sure you bring all of your linens, foil, napkins, trash bags and paper towels. Everything else is already there for your vacation!

Office closed first 2 days of stay. Some difficulty in getting access code to open lock box, but finally made it into unit. Notified office manager when she arrived on day 3 of the above issue. She verified that the lock box was a problem, took photos and sent them to them unit owner.

Loved staying in this efficient condo for the two of us. Close to Cape May and other area activities and restaurants. Beach is beautiful, even in December. Sunrise over the ocean was amazing. Hope to stay again!

Our Stay was nice.. very relaxing and it was mild enough to sit on the balcony and take in the sun and the relaxing sound of the ocean as this unit faces the ocean side. The unit is very clean, decorated nicely, and has a fully equipped kitchen. I gave this unit a 4 only because the mattress could be replaced, it was lumpy and not very comfortable. Perhaps a mattress in a box would be an ideal replacement. We were happy we need only sleep on it for 2 nights. Other than that, we would rent again. Owner was very nice!

The condo was exactly as seen in photos. No surprises. Chris texted us twice during our stay just to make sure all was well. A perfect easy process. Kitchen was fully equipped with many appliances. And the views everyone speaks of: we did not leave the ocean front balcony. Many thanks

We loved our place but we were shocked to learn that we needed our own sheets and towels. We arrived at 11pm in the evening and had no sheets to sleep on. It was in small print on the description so brining to your attention so you will be prepared! I would rate the bed a 4 out of 10 and the rest of the place a 9

Nice, beautiful design. Loved the double rod in the bathroom; great idea. Catching the sunrise on the balcony was great. The only thing that was missing was coffee. The pot to the coffee maker was missing.
