The hosts were really nice and also super considerate! Also the apartment is amazing and the beds are very very comfy.

The only thing a traveller should be couscous of is that some of the apartments face the street, so if you are very light sleeper it might not be the best for you.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment with all the essentials provided. The location is close to the city center, so it is quick and convenient to get anywhere. The apartment was very clean and modern. The host was kind, helpful, and quick to respond to messages.

Outside the apartment is a tram stop, so it's a bit noisy. When the trams come and go, the walls shake. The lighting in the main room is a bit dark. It would be great if the bulbs were a little brighter.

The size. The apartment was bigger than we expected.

The 0-24 pub next door. Constant noise all night long. Won't be optimal for light/ normal sleepers for sure. The bedsheet was dirty and had blood stains on it. Cups were dirty.

Great place close to the old town (a 15 mins walk, or 2 stops by tram, the tram stop is just in front of the apartment, so it's very convenient). It was clean and spacious, with great value for money. Shops and cafés are nearby. I'd recommend them.

We were there during the football world cup and beneath the apartment is a sports bar, which was a bit noisy at times.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, at great location. It was renovated, with new furniture.

The price for this room does not justify any of the above. Very expensive for a tiny room and just for a weekend. Because of that I’m afraid I wouldn’t prefer to stay at this place again. Also, part of the wall needs painting, there was mold, but that didn’t bother me much.

The apartment is renovated, modern and spacious, with a big room with a double bed, a table that can be also used for working and a kitchen with the required kitchenette/equipment including a microwave oven. The room has also many power plugs. The bathroom is also spacious with more than required facilities (e.g. washing machine for cloths). There is also a small hall with a closet and a stand for the suitcase. It is ergonomic and easy to reach (accessible by tram). It is also very close to Hotel Passage, which is also a conference center. Brno is beautiful, and you can walk around including all the main attractions.

There is no reception or something similar so you need to arrange in advance to pick up the keys. Although a message was sent to me the night before, I didn't realise that an exact appointment is needed and I only gave an approximate arrival time. At the end I had to wait around 15-20 minutes, after a flight to Vienna and a long trip by bus. Another point that caused some trouble was that the key of the block of apartments (the first internal door) was not easy to open. After some effort, I got used to it (you need to press a bit harder than usual). Another point is that some of the light fixtures were trembling when a tram was passing outside (I stayed in the apartment facing the road). And overall, it may be a bit noisy if you get this specific room. However, with ear plugs sleeping was not a problem. Also, you need to know that towels are changed only once every week, so for short stays you need to take this into account. At least I was alone and had two pairs of towels for 5 days (the room was double) and also managed to get an extra one thanks to the kind guy who was cleaning (despite the lack of flexibility from the owner). Wifi was kind of ok, but it could have been better (for streaming), but 4G was excellent (if you have unlimited data). Finally, the invoice took a while, but it arrived although in Czech. Overall, not serious issues, but it is better that you are prepared in advance.

Very spacious apartment some 10-15 mins away walking to the city center of Brno, really felt like a home away from home given its size. Convenient to have a substantial kitchen and big bathroom with a washing machine as well.

The not so good part was the noise coming from the outside. The tram being one of them which in all fairness, I was aware of. However, below this particular apartment, there is also a sports bar, where people seem to hang out at all hours of the night, just to talk loudly or drink or whatever. Every single night, right below the window. As windows are probably older, it woke me up several times, so just be warned. If I would go again, I wouldn't choose this apartment again. It also smelled a bit damp and mouldy, probably due it being an older building and several doors separating the apartments from the building entrance. Like not enough good ventilation.

Perfect location, you get everything that you need, plus very good internet (I managed to do all my work meetings one day)

Neighbors are sometimes too noisy, the place needs a bit of glow up, but nothing dramatic

Weather Was Little Hot & There Was One Cooling Fan. When I Turned On The Cooling Feature It Make Noise. Only Fan Was Working Perfectly.

This has been a frustrating experience. We have gotten little-to-no sleep each night. We have no idea how to deal with such a situation in the middle of the night, while in a foreign country. This morning was comical (not funny) as we listened to people speaking Czech at: 3:00, 4:00, 5:00. 6:00, and 7:00 am. They sounded like they were in the apartment with us. We did notice that the Police showed up this morning at some point and took a patron in to custody. Our time in Brno has not been as pleasant of an experience as it should be. The fact that I am taking the time during my trip should prove how unfortunate our experience has been. I would appreciate a response to this matter ASAP. We have booked numerous stays on the site (under other emails and names) and never experienced anything close to this.

I want to share my experience at this property. We found the apartment on the site. We looked at the photos. We saw no photos of the bathrooms. We contacted the owner/manager. They were responsive and helpful. They claimed that there should be photos on the site. They shared photos. I booked the stay. We requested a quiet room. We got a reply that we would be on the street level. We had no idea what exactly that meant. We arrived and were met by a nice man who showed us the complex key arrangement. With three (3) different doors. He was kind and we found the place to our liking at first glance. It is spacious and seemed to have everything we needed. There are 2 large windows that let in a lot of light. We quickly noticed that the windows face a tram stop. There are 2 tram lines that stop across the street. It is not quiet. The trams do not run all night. However, we have been woken up each morning at 5:00 am by the trams starting their morning schedule. The apartment and windows are far from soundproof. We noticed that the floor was dirty as our feet, flip-flops, shower shoes, and slippers turned black. We noticed the bath towels have holes in them. The bath towels and the smaller hand towels. Not tiny holes, significant holes. But, the biggest reason why I am sending this message is not because of the already mentioned issues. It gets better. Under the large windows next to the bed, outside the building on the sidewalk, is a "non-stop" sports bar. There is an outdoor seating section, with tables on the sidewalk, to the left when looking out of the window. The entrance to this "non-stop" sports bar is literally under the window. Imagine trying to sleep, relax, talk on the phone, work, and watch a movie when people are constantly outside your window at any hour. There is no point in the morning, day, or night when someone is not outside the window talking and, or smoking a cigarette.

The first thing you see through the apartment's window is a signboard of a non-stop open bar, see photo attached. At night this means people standing in front of the window smoking, talking and shouting. The apartment even provided us with free earplugs, thanks, haha. This didn't work, no sleep for us that night. The air conditioner was available but it wasn't plugged in and using it required putting its pipe outside of the window defeating its purpose. The apartment was dirty. There was a lot of mould in the shower, bathroom floors were not clean. Apartment is located on the ground floor but there are a lot of stairs to get in, see photos attached. Carrying all our luggage and getting the stroller to the apartment was really hard. Moreover the apartment is dangerous in case of emergency. You exit the apartment to the corridor with key-locked door. The apartment door slams behind you, and you need the key to unlock it. You're stuck. Good luck in case of fire if you forgot your keys in the apartment.

Everything was great - the location, the host, absolutely everything!

Our 2kk flat was just amazing! Very spacious modern rooms, very clean, new furniture, comfortable bed, Tv with Netflix, fully equipped kitchen (just microwave is missing.. would be handy to have one in the flat). Even though the main street is noisy because of trams, the flat has very good windows so no noise comes through to the flat! location is just perfect as well, 10 min walk to the city centre. We really enjoyed our stay and we can highly recommend this apartment!
