Not sure it's worth the money. Stay elsewhere.

Location was good to Pigeon Forge.

Room wasn't very clean. Hair and crumbs found in bed, floor was very dirty has to wear socks when walking around then remove them for bed or change before putting on shoes, mold in bathroom. Breakfast was a joke. Toast, mini muffins, juice. And to get to it you have to walk past where all of there employees are sitting smoking on their breaks.

It was well worth the money paid and we will be back

Nice indoor pool, staff is friendly and polite. The rooms are very clean and the showers have amazing heat and pressure! We love the balconies and the view of the river. Walking distance for food and family fun! Our favorite place to stay!

Towels need easier access at pool instead of having to go to front desk in bathing suits and asking

Room was dirty. Bathroom had hair all over it. Hot tub had hair and dirty shoe prints all around it.

It was nice staying at the motel

The room were neat and spacious. The bed frames would need to be replaced with wooden frames. Sheets need to be changed if guests are staying for morethan two days. The location is good

Sheets were not changed for the whole of 4 nights we stayed, No cleaning staff show up to clean up the rooms and take trash out

Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had great maid service with linen changed daily. The vanity area was large & accommodating, lots of drawer space. Great location. Courteous staff.

The bathroom was small. The breakfast room was tiny, but they did have good breakfast options.

I'm so happy there is still a nice hotel at a great price in Pigeon Forge, and this is it...

I was very happy with the friendliness of the staff, 24hr coffee in lobby, cleanliness of room as well as outside of property, comfortable beds, parking, awesome breakfast bar, perfect location, great pricing, and I would recommend this property to all my family, and friends. Look forward to staying with this property again the Springtime!

Earlier check-In would've been great, but I perfectly understand that Housekeeping needs time to prepare the rooms for the next guest. And maybe popcorn or cookies/donuts in the lobby to go with the coffee.

Colonial House will be our place to sin the future.

Very comfortable and great breakfast, and the lady tending to the food was amazing kept the food full and was very nice.

Hard to get out on to the road because of traffic.

It was a birthday weekend getaway.

We were located less than 10 minutes away from everything that we planned to do the entire weekend we were there!

Maybe, better breakfast or more options.

It was our 8th anniversary, it was our 3rd time staying, some of the staff was nice, it’s clean, but I didn’t get what I

I booked there last year, so I booked my entire vacation around the king suite with hot tub, fireplace & balcony, they only have 1 room that has all those, and it’s a family motel that’s clean and comfy

I got to the property, checked it, and they handed me my key, as soon as I seen the room number 301, I knew I didn’t get the balcony I paid for or booked 2 months ago, I went back downstairs & talked to them, they didn’t offer to give me any money back, they said it was an amenity, yes one I paid for, I asked the 2nd shift man if I could move to the room I booked when the other guests left, he said no I can just check you out, pretty much telling me I could just leave after I paid $890 for this certain room, the next morning I went and talked to day shift, of course it was all blamed on booking.com & it could be partially their fault but I’ve never had an issue with booking the whole 4 years I’ve been using them. This was my anniversary week and I booked ahead and asked off work around when this room was available, they finally said they would give me $112 back for the amount of the balcony, I’m still waiting on the refund!

If u can’t stand musty old smell don’t stay here

It was a good location. An staff was very nice

The room was so musty smelling an the bathroom just nasty an smelled like sewage . It give us a headache every time we came back from shopping. We left a day early cause it was so bad smelling.

The room was good for the two of us. The location was good with getting in and out of traffic.

It was okay.

Good area, and had free breakfast. Close to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge attractions. Also convenient that there is a food city within walking distance.

Room was extremely humid. Would leave paper in the morning and by the time we came back it would be drenched, only by the humidity in the room.

Liked the waffles. Cleanliness of our room.

Low water pressure. Uncomfortable bed that made a big noise when you turned over. Air sometimes worked well sometimes didnt.

I liked the value, location and the pool.

It is what it is but the rooms are so humid. I know they do what they can though. Bathroom was a little snug but we made do because we saved money by staying here.

Overall if your looking for cheap and a decent place. It's worth it for the location and price

Smelled clean but has an older hotel smell. Pool was nice. Shower could use an upgrade. Also right across from the best breakfast in the area. Reagan's Pancake House

Shower curtain clings to you while in it and the water ends up on the floor. Water pressure was lacking and if you're tall like me you have to duck to wash your head

The shower was WAY too narrow, every ambient noise could be heard, especially traffic.
