pool area was nice, big and had a great slide. We stayed in room 5118, the room was spacious, it had a full size kitchen which was nice. It was very clean and big. Staff were nice and helpful. Our room was ready when we got there at 4:30 pm. The breakfast was very good, they had eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy. donuts, coffee which was catered from the restaurant next door. The location was awesome, the hotel is right in the middle if Pigeon Forge and it only took us 5 mins to get to all of our excursions, and we did lots of dinner/shows, horseback riding, ziplining, skyline rollercoaster and hayride, ate at lots of the restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we did not have any bad food, all of it was so delicious.
the pool water was very cold, we stayed in room 5118 for 6 nights, the bed was way to small for a queen size and very hard, pillows were to small, it was hard to get a good nights rest, the tv was way to small for the size of the room.

Location was great
The price was high for the room. It’s very outdated and rust all in the bathrooms. Rooms were decent but could’ve been cleaned better. The slide was the best thing for our grandson, but pool wasn’t heated as told either Some of the games in the game room didn’t work. If I hadn’t booked online it was about 75 cheaper so if I stay again that’s what I will do. You got a free breakfast but it was terrible and by 9:00 had ran out of most things and wasn’t over until 9:30
