Good communication in advance of arrival - had to phone on arrival to get let in. Location good, beds comfortable
More saucepans - only one large saucepan and one pressure cooker. No small saucepans. Also, despite a breakfast bar, there was no dining table even though there were 4 dining chairs.
Cleaning: agreed cleaners could come in the second Tuesday and change the bedlinen. No cleaners arrived.
Tourist Tax: Was not aware there was a new procedure for the tourist tax until the day before leaving UK. Couldn't complete form until I arrived as I didn't have all the details until all 4 of us had arrived. An earlier warning would have been helpful,

Byt sa nachádza v dobrej lokalite, blízko vaporetta (Fondamente Nove), reštaurácii a obchodov, je priestranný. Kuchyňa mala všetko, čo sme potrebovali. Sprcha aj wc fungovalo bez problémov. Postelné obliečky aj uteráky boli čisté a voňavé. Ubytovateľ bol veľmi milý a ústretový, osobne nás počkal v predstihu, odovzdal nám kľúče a dovolil nám nechať kufre vo vstupnej chodbe, než bude byt uprataný. Čo sme veľmi ocenili :-)
Byt a jeho vybavenie má najlepšie roky za sebou (napr. nápis v kuchyni stratil písmená) a niektoré miesta treba lepšie vyčistiť. Kuchynské stoličky boli nepohodlné.

Tolle Lage, 5 min zur Vaporetto Haltestelle Fondamnte Nuovo, je 10 min zu Fuß zum Markusplatz und Rialto Brücke. Bäcker gleich ums Eck. Viele gute Lokale in der Nähe. Angenehme Gegend.
Vermieter sehr gut erreichbar und bemüht. Check in problemlos.
War nicht geputzt als wir um 17.00 Uhr ankamen. Insgesamt eher ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen. Balkon mini,schmutzig und ohne Stühle. Küchenausstattung mäßig. Nicht genügend Geschirr und Stühle für 6 Personen. Spülbecken hat ein Leck, sodass Wasser unten am Boden raus läuft. Betten ok.
Eigentlich eine schöne große Wohnung, aber leider renovierungsbedürftig.
