This Arcachon-style house on 2 levels has: - Ground floor: living / dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom (bunk bed), bathroom, separate toilet, pantry - Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140) and a bathroom / WC - Shaded patio with garden shed (bike garage) parking lot Beach Eyrac (overlooking the pool) is 10 minutes walk and the bike path near the port in less than 5 minutes. This bike path allows you to go downtown or to tour the area. Many shops (pharmacy, medical office, laundry, bakery, fishmonger, supermarket, bars and restaurants, etc ...) are also within 5 minutes walk. The car is not essential. Linen is not provided.
