About this apartment rental
The apartment overlooks a park and is located in a very quiet area of the city. Completely renovated and furnished with design pieces, it is equipped with every comfort. On the lower floor a cozy living room with table for 8 people, a large sofa, television, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom with large adjacent bathroom, a mezzanine with two single beds and reading corner.

It was perfectly located, near the lake, restaurants, old city, groceries and the train station. And it has a private parking. The appartment is really confortable for five, the air conditioning was really useful as we there when there was the heat wave. We slept very well. The only suggestion for improvement is ; if you wanted to cook, there were not a lot of pots and pans and not a lot of ustencils, no cutting knives or good knives nor a lot of cooking ustencils. The microwave also was very old and not that efficient. Having said that, if you are not cooking, the appartment is really great, perfectly located in Como and at a very good price. The communication also was great and somebody was there to welcome you.

We had an incredible stay. Very well appointed apartment in a fantastic location that is walkable to so much. Veronica is an incredible hostess. Very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!!

The apartment is well situated close to center of Como and well equipped and very spacious. Absolutely no complaints. The parking facility is fine and directions given by Veronica, the owner was most helpful - we had a great stay in Como.
