About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in the center of Athens, is walking distance from the Acropolis and it’s new museum and the ancient temple of Olympian Zeus with easy access to the metro stations "Fix" and "acropolis", the tram and the bus. It is easy to visit the city without renting a car since you can walk to the most important highlights of the center, take the metro to other areas of Athens or the tram to the beach (Alimos beach: 6,0 kilometres).
The area is very popular and safe.
There is car transportation service from the airport to the property.
Only costs 45 euros from 5am to midnight.
And from midnight to 5 am 60 euros.
Also if you arrived late at the property after the 6 pm .
You'll be charged 35 euros.
The apartment has a lot of natural sunlight and is divided in two spaces:
The living room with TV is lit by a luminous piece of "calacata" marble over the sofa, there is a fully equipped kitchen and the bedroom with a bathroom which has a glass partition and marble counter and sink.
Both spaces are comfortable, have beautiful materials and guarantee a delightful stay.
Ideal for a couple. A sofa turns into two beds with anatomic mattresses in the living room for a third and a forth person or a child.
The owner is an architect and has designed the interior of the apartment with excellent materials, great design and quality of construction.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was super convenient:short walk to Acropolis and other sites. Efi responded very quickly to all of our inquiries.

This is a wonderfully set up apartment in a perfect location for exploring Athens. We could walk to the Parthenon and enjoyed wonderful restaurants for breakfast ( Tzatzos) and dinner ( rooftop Acropolis secret garden restaurant-and another down the street on the sidewalk that had amazing fish )all within the same or a few blocks. The apartment is clean, well laid out and quiet with a comfortable bed and located in a safe area where you can walk around without worry day or night. Highly recommend!

The property was in an excellent location for touring the area. Communication with Efi was great and effortless. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. Having a washing machine for our clothes was great since we were over a week into our vacation and needed to wash some. There was no dryer, but there was a good sized rack on the balcony that worked great. The apartment was well laid out. The air conditioning worked great. I didn’t like that you had to pull the key when leaving the apartment that killed the power to all outlets, so our devices would not charge when we were out. The place could use a little more cleaning attention. My wife gets freaked out at hair, and there was quite a bit of dark hair around mostly on the floor around places like the toilet. I think the biggest disappointment was the shower. There was no shower per se. There was a wash basin to stand in and a wand to wash off with that. It was also right next to a massive window with a pull-down blind. Poor design in my opinion. Water would get everywhere. If you are the type of person who likes to come home after a long day of sightseeing and take a nice relaxing shower, this isn’t the place for that.Other than that, we enjoyed our experience. For the price, I think it is a nice place to stay.
