Located in Pla de Mallorca, this attractive house for $399 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Finca Ca'n Calona, is a special place to relax and enjoy the landscape of the Serra de Tramuntana and the beautiful sunsets. You can also enjoy swimming in the private saltwater pool, chlorine free, with its dimensions of 8mx4m. On the solarium terrace you can rest on the outdoor bed and sunbathe on the sun loungers. The house is located in a fully fenced 7000m2 farm where children can play freely. The farm is away from urban noise, but very close to the towns of Caimari and Selva, 1 km away. There are supermarkets, shops, pharmacies and good restaurants where you can have lunch or dinner. It is a typical Mallorcan house, made of stone, renovated and decorated with charm and has everything you need to make your stay perfect: WIFI and TV Smart TV. Air conditioning in the rooms. We had a wonderful stay here. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and the view of the surrounding mountains was absolutely idyllic. The house was immaculately clean and we had everything we needed for a brilliant and relaxing stay. Communication with Cristina and Toni was very easy and straightforward, making the arrival process effortless. Our children loved the bunk beds and saying hello to the goats at the farm next door. We would highly recommend staying here!

Had a great week at C’an Colona. The finca is very comfortable, clean, well equipped and has a good dining and seating area outside as well as plenty of space inside, plus a good sized pool. Toni and Christina kept in touch via WhatsApp to check we were happy and the whole process was very straightforward. We will certainly consider revisiting when we next holiday in Mallorca

Lovely old farmhouse which has been thoughtfully renovated retaining lots of original features. Rare to find this kind of property in Majorca. Fantastic outdoor space with stunning mountain backdrop.
Toni was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay.
Not a criticism, but just be aware that the villa is quite remote so a car is a necessity. Also being an old farmhouse with small windows it can be quite dark in autumn when days a shorter.

Finca zum wohlfühlen
Wir waren 1 Woche in der schönen Finca. Es war zu diesem Zeitpunkt sehr heiss und daher haben wir den tollen Pool sehr oft und gern benutzt. Die Klimaanlagen in den beiden Schlafzimmern waren bei der Hitze auch sehr hilfreich. Da mein Mann in der Woche morgens mit seinem Rennrad gefahren ist war es sehr schön das es für die Sportsachen eine Waschmaschine gab.
Die Geräuschkulisse mit Hahn, Hühnern, Ziegen(Nachbargrundstück),Esel und Grillen war sehr entspannen. Abends kamen noch ein paar Hunde dazu, was aber nicht gestört hat. Was etwas lästig, aber auf einer Finca nicht zu vermeiden ist, waren die Ameisen. Wenn man aber alles gut verpackt und sauber hält ist es aber kein Problem. Es ist eine schöne authentische Finca, die alt und neu harmonisch miteinander verbindet. Caimari haben wir zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren auch sehr freundlich und bei Problemen sofort ansprechbar.

Schöne gepflegte Finca in sehr ruhiger Lage. Der Vermieter ist freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Sehr schöner Salzwasserpool. Die zwei Wochen in der Finca waren herrlich.

Die Finca ist so schön wie beschrieben und die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel!
Kurz gesagt, es ist traumhaft!
Die Gastgeber (Toni und Cristina) kümmern sich toll um einen. Bei Fragen kann man sie jederzeit via whatsapp erreichen und bekommt schnell Antwort und auch Hilfe!
Wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt und hoffen, dass wir bald wieder kommen können!

Trotz schlechtem Wetter schöne Unterkunft
Wie schon zuvor von vielen beschrieben, tolle Unterkunft und Umgebung. Toni ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und wir mussten trotz Kälte und schlechtem Wetter nicht frieren. Klasse Aussicht. Traumhaft. Vielen Dank an Toni und Familie.

Sehr schöne kleine Finca, vollständig und liebevoll ausgestattet, sogar Fahrräder gibt es.
Die Lage am Rand des Gebirges im Herbst nicht ganz wettersicher, aber zum Wandern und für Touren ins Tramuntana Gebirge perfekt.
Der Vermieter kümmert sich sehr nett um die Gäste. Vielen Dank!

Abgeschieden in der Natur
Man fährt recht weit raus, um dieses Haus zu erreichen. Dafür ist es dann sehr ruhig in der Natur gelegen von Nachbarn auf anderen Grundstücken bekommt man im Grunde nichts mit.

Oase der Ruhe
Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem phantastischen Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist einmalig. Man hört viele Tiere in der Nachbarschaft, aber keinerlei Strassenlärm, was den Reiz in dieser Umgebung ausmacht. Der Blick auf das Tramuntanagebirge ist einzigartig.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen einmal wieder kommen zu können.

Wie bereits mehrfach geschrieben: Es stimmt einfach alles!! Die Finca ist sehr sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, die Lage sehr gut mit tollen Blicken auf die Tramuntana Berge. Ländlich ruhig gelegen, ein Paradies für Ruhe und Erholung suchende Paare.
Die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind empfehlenswert, Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Selva völlig ausreichend für einen Urlaub.
Ganz besonders zu erwähnen sind die Gastgeber! Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und hatten sehr nette Kontakte zu Toni und seinem Sohn. Noch einmal vielen Dank an die nette Familie!

Hemos pasado unos días de vacaciones estupendos. La casa dispone de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de vacaciones sin preocuparse de nada más (artículos de playa y piscina, bicicletas y juguetes infantiles, material de limpieza y menaje completo). La casa está situada en una zona tranquila en plena naturaleza ideal para que los más pequeños se familiaricen con los animales de la zona y estén en completa libertad. Las vistas y el entorno son inmejorables. Muchas gracias Toni y Cristina por vuestra amabilidad y profesionalidad.

Beautiful Finca in a stunning mountain setting
We had a lovely time at the Finca where we stayed for 8 nights. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, the house has a lot of character and is well equipped. The view is just breathtaking and makes you not want to leave the place. The pool was lovely too, with salt water and just the right size.
Would definitely love to come back!!

Wunschlos glücklich!
Wir waren zu Dritt (drei Erwachsene) und erstmals auf Mallorca im Urlaub. Das Haus war schön geschnitten, innen und außen wertig und vollständig möbliert, guten Betten, individuell und liebevoll und mit gutem Geschmack bis ins Detail eingerichtet , mit positiver und warmer Ausstrahlung, in ländlicher Idylle in einem Mandel-Oliven-Obst-Hain gelegen, mit einem tollen Pool mit grandioser Aussicht auf Selva, Caimari und die Serra de Tramuntana ... eine ideale Basis für erholsame Ferien und für spannende Ausflüge in die tolle Umgebung. Sehr zu empfehlen!

10 erholsame Tage in einem tollen Haus
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf der Finca mit unserem 8 Monate alten Baby. Das Haus hat eine super Ausstattung, alles was man braucht und ein unglaublich
tollen Ausblick auf die Berge. Wir hatten zur Begrüßung ein paar schöne Dinge im Kühlschrank und nach 5 Tagen wurde die Finca gereinigt/ Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt - vielen Dank für alles.

Relaxing Stay in Selva
My family and I had a very relaxing time staying at the villa. It is a well equipped, comfortable space in a beautiful relaxing setting. The view from the outside dining table on the patio of the pool and mountains was just beautiful. We watched birds of prey circle the sky and watched the sun go down over the Sierra Tramuntana. Nearby goats and a lovely friendly donkey were great company. The check in and check out process was simple and easy. We arrived to a chilled bottle of Cava in the fridge and a fabulous platter of mixed hams and local cheese. We loved the rural aspect of the villa. We had a hired car and traveled to many parts of the island, always pleased to return back to the cool quiet and serenity of the villa.

Amazing peaceful place to stay
We have just spent a week at Toni’s Finca and we are in LOVE! We have been to villas in Majorca 4 times and this is the best ever for us. Such a well equipped, clean and extremely comfortable place to stay. It’s hard to find somewhere for 2 people but clearly this Finca can take more it also is amazing for a couple. Then pool is well maintained and just perfect in such a private garden. No neighbours but goats, chickens and a donkey - the MOST peaceful place we have stayed in. We walked to Caimri in 20 minutes it is tiny with 3 restaurants - all offering something completely different. But do be honest we went to the supermarket in near but Selva to get everything we needed e and spent all our time in the beauty of the Finca. We did drive the 4km to Inca to go to Aldi one day but we decided the small Selva option is fine. This place is an oasis of calm and peacefulness. It has everything you need in the kitchen and provides everything from books, games and even sun hats and umbrellas! The welcome plate of fruit and cold meats as well as cold drinks, water and ice creams was most unexpected but wonderful. We met Toni and his Papa on our second day and they came with olive oil and vinegar - just to check all was ok. We had ongoing contact with Toni throughout or stay just checking all was ok. The added extras of the bikes, hammock, outdoor bbq and place house for children were lovely. There is nothing that we can write that will represent the smell of the massive rosemary bushes in an evening outside when there is nothing to hear. Watching The birds (with the binoculars) provided during the day and stars at night sitting on the outside chairs will remain as a memory until we return. We will go back. This is a truly amazing Finca owned by a lovely family. We can’t recommend it enough - a family of 4 or 5 would be perfect for this too but if you are a couple like us it’s a slice of heaven that you will not want to leave.

Lovely Finca in Tramuntana
When we arrived Toni was there to show us around the house which was clean and featured everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house can easily sleep 4 persons and two children. If it gets cold during spring time you can heat the fireplace with the wood provided or switch on the A/C in both bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with coffee machine, toaster, water heater, fridge, freezer and other stuff you need. We did not miss anything. The TV has Netflix and Amazon Prime.
We loved having breakfast outside, relaxing on the pool or strolling around the premises.
Toni was very caring and provided help whenever we needed it. We would definitely stay there again and of course recommend for everyone who is looking for a few relaxing days on Mallorca.

Gorgeous villa with magnificent view
This is one of the most wonderful holiday homes we ever stayed in. Our boys loved everything about it. The pool, the bikes, the tree house. The view is magnificent and the surrounding area and villages are lovely. Toni and his family were very kind and even provided us with food en breakfast for the first night.
