About this house rental
Unique Ocean view property with all the amenities! The house has four distinct levels. The roof top deck gives sweeping ocean views from Carmel to Pleasure Point. Sunbathe or enjoy an evening glass of wine or beverage while watching the Monet inspired sunrise/sunset with oranges and pinks. In the evening take in the stars and admire the silvery moon and Venus. The upper level stretches out onto a deck with an ocean view. Sip your morning coffee/tea while watching the sun rise. Settle into the plush velvet couches while viewing your favorite sports team, movie or tickle the ivories on the baby grand piano. The kitchen's glass tile reflects the ocean's blues and greys complimenting the Ukrainian granite counters. There is also a cozy sitting area on the way to the rooftop stairs…a place to daydream or to cuddle up with a favorite book. The first level is for dreaming & playing ping pong or foosball! The bedrooms are on this ground level. The showers are kind for those over 6 feet, because the counters and shower heights are higher than the standard. There is also an LG washer and dryer that play fanciful tunes for you when they're done! The attached deck has a ping pong table and stairs leading down to the lower area. The private lower level has a spa for soaking, a seating area and a chiminea…a perfect place to unwind at night with a glass of wine and s'mores for the kids. We welcome you to Portmeirion... TOT: #CO00836 House rules: Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Therefore no use of the hot tub after 10pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors as this is a residential neighborhood. Guests have access to the whole house Available by call, text, or email. Can come out to site if needed It is truly an inspiring place and our hope is to replicate part of it here in Seacliff to inspire and encourage people to pursue their dreams ....especially those that encourage good in the world. The house is a short two blocks stroll to Beach Gate Path and is within walking distance to Manuel's, Marianne's Ice cream, Aptos Coffee Roasting, Persephone's and the Village of Aptos. There is something for everyone - Over 20 miles of contiguous beaches, hiking trails at Nicene Marks State Park, Bike trails, wineries, breweries, beach boardwalk, paddle boarding, surfing and even a new skateboard/mountain bike park nearby. Take scenic day trips to Carmel, Monterey and San Francisco. You can walk to the beach! QUIET TIME ENFORCED ON THIS PROPERTY 10pm-8am 7 days a week We understand that our guests are on vacation, but that is not the situation for our neighbors. They are not on vacation so we except our guests to respect them and their need for rest County ordinance quiet hours from 10pm-8Am. No use of hot tub after 10pm. Fireworks illegal

We loved this house. It was close to the ocean and on a great little street. It was clean and the hot tub was great!

It was a pleasant home. Unfortunately there was construction next door as well as several homes down. Wanting to live in the outdoor areas, it made for an unresting experience. They were very gracious to take care of us as left a night early. It was tad chilly and there were no blankets to snuggle with. Bonus though, plenty of bathing towels! Comfortable beds & pillows. Very damp area so seating was always wet outdoors and house had a "closed up" smell due to dampness. Could also use some new pans to cook with. No warm water in the lower bath. Lucky I cold plunge so didn't bother me! Beautiful walk to beach & Manuels Restaurant. A must eat!

This house was very comfortable. The outdoor space was magnificent. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to enjoy it! I would stay again for sure!

We booked for our anniversary. The neighborhood is very quiet. The morning marine layer wraps you like a down comforter. The views are wonderful. The hot tub and garden are very private like a small oasis. The roof top deck was sunny and inviting. The property is extremely well kept.

We loved the property, had so much grub, fooz ball, ping pong, hot tub, roof top star watching, board games. Great kitchen to cookin and fantastic day at the beach. Many priceless memories made on this trip. You just might see us there again. Thank you!!

Super nice family vacation home. Full convenient kitchen, clean spa like bathrooms and comfortable beds. Enjoyed the hot tub while the kids played fuse ball or ping pong. Lots of nice views warm sun and BBQ on top deck. Days of beach time and walks to Marianne’s ice cream.

What a wonderful stay we had! Communication with the host was fast and check in was super easy. We traveled with my parents (in their 60s), my siblings (24-40), and our kids (ages 1-8). There was something for everyone to enjoy.
The beach is close, though there were too many stairs to hike down for some of the older/younger folks. It was quick and easy to get to for most of us though.
Ping pong was a hit. The fire pit was a lovely touch. Loved that there were beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. We couldn’t get the jets on the spa to work, so that was a bummer but overall everything was great!
Something to keep in mind, the house is multilevel so if stairs are an issue this isn’t for you. And downstairs, where the bedrooms are gets pretty cold, there are heaters if you need them but we could have used one for each bedroom (3 rooms, only two heaters).
If you’re on the fence about this one, book it. It was a really nice place to stay.

Disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. Needs to be dusted bid time. Spider webs in every conner. Found a dirty Kleenex under one of the beds. Cable did not work. The patio where the hot tub is located was not cleaned. It was full o leaves. We saw what looked like a small tarantula coming out of one of the piles of leaves. The tub was one of the main things that attracted us to this home. We did not want to use it since the patio was unclean and I did not know what was crawling around in them. There is two flight of stairs one to go up to the main living room and kitchen and one to go down stairs to the bedrooms. We would not have rented the house had we know. We had a senior in our group and this make the trip difficult for them, The garage was converted into a room. It felt odd and the comforters were old an need to replaced immediately. The tennis table was very went from the drizzle and could not be used. They need something better to cover it with. Plus is the cool art in the house, piano, nice kitchen. We would not be staying here again.

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, clean, well equipped from basic home needs to beach accesories. Nice view from the roof deck. We have enough space for a family of 7 with different age groups. Kids had fun playing fusball and ping-pong while the grown ups had a relaxing time at the hot tub, a great way to end the day after a lot of walking on the beach. The house is just a short walk to Marianne's ice cream which is a big plus! The kids don't want to go home. Wish we could've stayed longer. We would love to stay here again. I highly recommend👍

I can’t really say there was anything we were disappointed in. There was even coffee for us. I brought a Keurig and didn’t even need to bring it in. The only downside? We had to leave 😩

We had a wonderful time. Will definitely consider staying here again. We enjoyed all the wonderful outdoor areas. It was a quick walk to the beach. Very easy drive to Santa Cruz and Capitola. I can’t really say there was anything we were disappointed in. There was even coffee for us. I brought a Keurig and didn’t even need to bring it in. The only downside? We had to leave 😩

Aptos good location between Santa Cruz and Monterey. Neighborhood is run down. House plumbing needs to be looked at. Many cold showers in downstairs bathroom. Ocean view from second floor blocked by neighbors overgrown hedges. Kids had fun with football and ping pong. Would look for better neighborhood next time.

Stayed 2 nights with my wife and 3 kids to celebrate wife's birthday. Kids had no problem doing the short walk to the beach each day. Fun dynamic house with multiple decks, BBQ, hot tub, 4 beds, ping pong, piano.... we had a great time.

We throughly enjoyed our trip to Apros. The house was clean and spacious. We found many amenities to make our stay comfortable and like our own home away from home. The view from the top level was beautiful. We could easily walk to get ice cream which was right down the street. The kids enjoyed the spa. We look forward to staying again.

Winter in Aptos
We throughly enjoyed our trip to Apros. The house was clean and spacious. We found many amenities to make our stay comfortable and like our own home away from home. We had a wonderful stay in the house. It’s clean and beautiful. The location is very close to the beach but we drove to Rio Del Mar every day instead of walking down to Sea Cliff. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great Beach House
This home was well stocked, clean and really well located for a relaxing beach weekend with the kids. Very much enjoyed the hot tub and sunset views from the rooftop deck and proximity to a great ice cream place.

Aptos Beach House
Great location - super pleased with the home and walking distance to beach - towels, chairs, wagon, awning all provided on property! Loved the multiple decks, super private and view of the ocean from rooftop. Yes, there are several stairs inside and out so just be mindful of any physical limitations but our family would stay here again!

Great location. Lovely house. I think all of the doors and balconies would have stressed me out if I'd had little ones to look after, but it was a perfect spot for our family with three adults and one older teen. Wonderful location walking distance to the beach and to Marianne's Ice Cream (which is worth a visit for sure)!

Highly recommend. Great house with toys for kids, ping pong take and foosball. Also, deck with grill. Short walk to beach and restaurants.

Summer getaway
The property was ideal for my family and I because it offered so much activities for my kids. From the foosball and ping pong table to the jacuzzi. The top deck and wrap around deck offered stunning views of the ocean. I also liked that a lot of the beach equipment was provided, like beach chairs, coolers, wagon and sand toys. All around it was a great experience. Wish we could of stayed longer.

A Fantastic Beachy Find!
This was a great stay for our family of five. Two adults, two college kids, and a thirteen-year-old. Everyone was happy with the style and cleanliness of the house, the comfort of their rooms and beds, and especially the amenities like the piano, ping-pong table, hot tub, and easy walk to the beach and to Hwy 1. We've already talked about returning!

Perfect place for kids from 7 to 17!!! And spaces for the adults to escape too!!
The place is set up perfectly for our family of teenage boys and my sisters younger daughters. I felt like I didn’t have to hover over everyone to make sure nothing priceless was broken since it’s set up to handle kids..hardwood floors easy to clean type thing. It’s perfectly broken in so things are still beautiful but not brand new so it wasn’t stressful!! There is everything you can imagine as far as coolers and the cool 4wheel cart to bring all the gear..great umbrellas and tents for beach day with charity and boogie board..even tho we didn’t end up using amazing beach equipment and boards since weather on our planned beach day was overcast but so much otjer stuff right in area to do nobody was bored!! The owner was great and even was able to accommodate us stating an extra day. The beds are super comfortable and property manager was quick to response the few initial issues in beginning.
If you are looking for a beautiful house set up perfectly for you to enjoy time with your kids and not worry about them being bored or that the property is sooo high end u are in constant anxiety something might get broken this is the perfect spot for u!!! The decor is really fitting for the beach vibe and really classy!! Just luv everything about the house and all the amenities..don’t bother bringing oil salt pepper or beach towels..shelves are packed and cupboards full of spices u might use for bbq...thnk you for our memorable vacation!!! Our kids had a blast and so did we!!’ Hope to get back here in a few years with my sister and all the gang again! Blessing

The 4 of us hadn't been together in over a year and this was the perfect place to catch up. This place has everything you could want to spend time with friends. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were and how well we slept. The kitchen is well stocked with a great variety of dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils and serving pieces. We enjoyed the hot tub and s'mores toasted in the chiminea, morning coffee on the rooftop deck, curling up with a book in the outdoor corner sofa and a salmon dinner cooked on the Traeger grill. We added an additional night to our stay because the house was so comfortable, we had to stay another night. We all agreed we needed to plan a fall get together and it needs to be here. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.
