Nestled in Son Serra de Marina, this attractive villa for $1,530 per night is a great choice for your next break. Beach Villa only 20m to sandy beach for 12 people plus babies, 6 double bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, AC, heating, PS4, games, fitness, table tennis, bikes, pool, roof terrace with heated whirlpool, music/light-system, bikes, in Son Serra de Marina, Mallorca "Dawn with the sound of the sea" The fully-stylized villa with an ideal location is something special under Mallorcan holiday apartments, a real jewel only 20 meters from the fine sandy beach. The paradise bay is best viewed from the whirlpool of the roof terrace - holiday feeling pure and really hard to beat. The villa with white façade gives a wonderful contrast to the turquoise water, whether it is pool or sea. Once arrived at the villa you can park your car on the driveway or directly in front of the house. The underground garage was transformed into a fitness room with various training units (table tennis, TRX, treadmill, bicycle, Sat TV, etc…). So you can prevent unnecessary love handles. We have 5 bikes and others can be provided. Thus the entire travel group can enjoy beautiful bicycle trips together. The exterior of the villa extends over 630 sqm and is designed with elegant wooden look flooring in modern gray tone, which looks very chic and the blue tone of the salt water pool still emphasizes. The large pool (9m x 3m) is comfortably accessible via steps and even has a "sun deck" with shallow water, for those who like to sizzle in the sun and chill in the cool wet. Super comfortable sunbeds, outdoor shower and covered terrace area with 2 large dining tables for 6 persons each belong here to the terrace equipment. An ideal place to start the day with a delicious breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice. A plus for us is the integrated lighting and music system in the terrace and roof terrace (Controlled via Ipad). The 500m² indoor area is divided on 2 floors and leaves nothing to be desired with absolutely high-quality equipment and the finest taste. On the ground floor is the huge living area in the open style with central dining table in chic white. On the one hand there is a large living room with beautifully comfortable sofa elements, XXL-SAT TV and minimalist decoration. On the other side there is another living room with a large plasma screen and a modern game console (PS4) including various games to ensure the fun of your kids. On the ground floor is a hypermodern fully equipped kitchen with trendy kitchen island. The microwave and oven are installed in a pleasant workspace and the huge fridge-freezer combination offers plenty of storage space for food, refreshments and not forgetting delicious ice creams. Behind the kitchen is a practical economic area with washing machine and dryer. The bathroom on the ground floor is also an advantage, so you do not have to go up to the upper floor. The upper floor is used as a sleeping area and consists of 6 double bedrooms (3 double beds, 6 single beds) with 6 bathrooms en suite. All bedrooms have air conditioning, satellite TV, USB ports, built-in wardrobes and are absolutely modern and high-quality furnished. From all rooms you have a beautiful view, either directly to the sea or over the pretty coastal village. The bathrooms are fitted out in a matching look and offer comfort and elegance. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning and wifi internet. Baby cots and high chairs for our little guests are also available. Now to the highlight of the villa, the roof terrace, which is more like an in-house bar. Here we have a large heated Whirlpool with sea view, super comfortable sun beds, a covered bar area with tables, chairs and satellite TV. For us from 5StarsHome a heavenly place for chilling, sunbathing or simply enjoying. A glass of sparkling Prosecco in the whirlpool is already something very special with it’s panoramic sea views. At sunset, the white façade of the villa, including terraces, transforms into a warm lilac shade, creating a very pleasant ambience. Fantastic house, with everything you can possible need. We were 5 couples, everything was great, both inside and outside the house, including the follow up through the week. Quiet area, and not much restaurants etc. But that was perfect for us.

There was plenty of room for our party of 5 couple. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were some excellent restaurant five minute walk from the house. It is a very quiet area. The beach close by has some rocks. We didn't find the beautiful beach which was a 20minute walk from the house until the last day. We had a wonderful time.

The building worked for everyone, with the exception of drinking water which needed to bought daily. After spending so much money on renting this was a real black mark. That aside everyone enjoyed the building and its facilities and it made an 80th birthday celebration wonderful.

We wanted a spacious villa in a location where a big group of us could “ebb and flow” throughout the week - and this place was perfect!
Lots of corners and different areas for quiet reading, long conversations etc and big communal areas too for eating together. Comfortable beds, good showers, excellent pool and poolside area, well equipped kitchen and a wonderful roof terrace - we couldn’t have asked for more! And the introduction was great too. Thank you!

Bernat was a great host who has a great property. From the large downstairs area that can seat 14 people at a single table with additional seating outside with a view of a pool. To the 6 ensuite bedrooms and the rooftop deck with bar and hot tub. This was a great property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time!

ab vom Tourismus. Es gibt tolle Restaurants mit gutem Essen.
Die Villa könnte sauberer sein. Wenn man unten in die Villa kommt schmeckt es immer so komisch den Geruch brachten wir auch nach einer Woche lüften nicht raus.

Fantastic location and an owner who tried his best.
Fix your organization: Start by reading your mail inbox. After that you can start a dialog with your customer so that the value of renting your house would be something positive. I also think that you have to consider some kind of compensation when things doesn’t work out as they should. In our case it was terrible smelling in one bathroom and one aircondition out of order. We didn’t get the 5 stars we payed for…

Top Finca in einer Top Lage mit Top Ausstattung
Die Finca ist in einem Top Zustand und entspricht der Beschreibung. Das Erdgeschoss bietet sehr viel Platz zum verweilen. Küche mit Kochinsel und ausreichend Platz für alle. So wurde das gemeinsame Frühstück zu einem tollen Einstieg in den Tag. Pool für Mai aufgrund des tollen Wetters voll nutzbar. Whirlpool auf der großen Dachterasse ist ein absolutes Highlight. Wer möchte kann den Gasgrill benutzen. Überall ist ausreichend Platz zum chillen. Musikanlage sowohl auf der Dachterasse als auch am Pool vorhanden. Der Ort ist klein und beschaulich. Restaurants sind in direkter Umgebung . Der Strand ist direkt am Haus. Von der Dachterasse aus hat man einen guten Überblick über das Meer und SonSerra. Dank an Andreea von 5StrasHome für den tollen Support am Tag der Ankunft. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub den wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden.
Insgesamt wirkt das Haus sehr neuwertig. Man könnte im Erdgeschoss, in Poolnähe durch Pflanzkübel oder Palmen noch etwas mehr Atmosphäre schaffen. Ein Sonnensegel oder Sonnenschirm würde am Morgen helfen, um für etwas Schatten zu sorgen. Der Keller ist mit Fitnessgeräten und Tischtennisplatte ausgestattet.
Die Tischtennisplatte könnte man besser auf der Terasse nutzen, Es fehlte eine Themoskanne um Kaffee warm zu halten.

Great stay in tranquil seaside villa
Lovely seaside villa in the tranquil town of Son Serra. Great space for lounging by the pool, cooking and hanging out. Only complaint was that there seemed to be three to four different contact numbers for property managers to navigate between for communication but other than that, lovely stay!

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo una semana en Son Serra con la familia y amigos. Los niños han disfrutado un montón. Era una semana memorable. Volveremos seguro.
Las bicis tienen que comprar nuevas. Sería necesaria 6. 4 para adultos y 2 para niños. Y con cerradura. Invertir en 2 tablas de SUP.

Wir waren nach dem Lockdown mit 9 Personen in der wunderschönen Villa. Die schöne Blick den man jeden Tag aufs Meer und den Sonnen auf und Sonnenuntergang hat, ist unbezahlbar. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir durften am Anreisetag früher hinein.
Durch die Größe der Villa hat jeder seine Privatsphäre. Der Pool war für Mai noch zu kalt, aber im Hochsommer sicherlich eine willkommene Erfrischung. In dem Ort gibt es zwei schöne Restaurants und ansonsten haben wir die Ruhe in Son Serra de Marina genossen. Auch wenn wir oben auf der Dachterrasse mal schön Musik gehört haben. Fanden wir es fern ab des Trubels hier doch am schönsten.
Mehr als drei Fahrräder wären toll .
Ein paar Blumen am Pool u Terrasse würden es gemütlicher machen .

Just got back from lovely holiday at Villa Paradise.
Lovely location with great views. Very impressed with the quality of the villa and amenities.
Perfect size for 3 families. Children especially enjoyed the pool (although unheated but still didn't deter!) and the hot tub!
Nothing was too much trouble for 5Stars Homes - even when the bbq ran out of gas on a Sunday - it was replaced within the hour!

Very modern villa equipped to a very high standard
We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday at this Villa in Son Serra De Marina. Wonderful sea views, nice pool, table tennis, bikes, wi-if, music, play station, Netflix. Something for everybody. Only 30 meters from the beach. Six or seven bars/restaurants within easy walking distance and Ca’n Picafort only a 10 minute drive. The owner was very nice and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend.

Very impressive villa, had a great time but be careful not to play music too loud on the rooftop at night as it echoes off surrounding properties. Lovely interior and owner extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice villa, very new, modern, well equipes and great for families. Especially the roof terrace with jacuzzi & great sea views is fantastic for long summer evenings.
