About this condo rental
Located in Paris, this charming condo for $248 per night is a great option for your next break. I wait for you in this wonderful place, very clear with a beautiful open view with at the end of the rue la Seine. This beautiful quiet street which bears the name of the one, as the legend says, who invented, the school is located in the heart of the Marais and more precisely close to the Saint Paul district. The nearest metro is Saint Paul line 1. In a beautiful condominium, this apartment has been renovated with particular care combining modernity and objects borrowed from history. The bedding in the bedroom as well as the Murphy bed in the living room are very comfortable and of high quality. Everything will be there to make your stay unforgettable. It is important to me to receive you at home as guests whom I want to pamper.

The three of us enjoyed out stay in the apartment. The beds were very comfortable and the location was excellent. The metro and busses, just a block away, connect you easily to everything in Paris. There are great restaurants nearby. The only thing I was disappointed with were the towels in the bathroom. They were small and thin. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would return again.

Lovely little apartment in the Marais. Very close to Metro St. Paul. French charm. Not fancy but very comfortable.
We had a little bit of a rocky start due to issues from the previous guest. Paul, the owner, was easy to contact and responded expeditiously. He was very proactive and corrected issues immediately.
The only negative was garbage is picked up daily around 6:30 AM and it was very noisy. Truck parks right under window of apartment.
We would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful apartment in the heart of it all. We were able to live like locals for the week and it was wonderful. There is some street and on occasion neighbourly noise but this is not constant and during the waking hours. All is of walking distant including the metro and RER. Paul is a wonderful host who met us on arrival. Well looked after property with great thought put into what his guests would need and super fast internet. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Our host was wonderful, the flat was clean and beautiful, the sheets and towels were so soft, the pantry was nicely stocked with staples, the location is perfect! I've already recommended it to 2 friends. Thank you for such a beautiful experience!

We love the Marais and this apartment was perfect for our week long visit. It is ideally situated to museums, restaurants, and other sites, making it easy to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The apartment is quiet, clean, and comfortable, and our host was very responsive. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Paris!

The apartment was immaculate. It was clean with lots of amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Cant beat the location. Less than 2 minutes wall to the metro. There are lots of restaurants, patisserie, supermarket around. Neighborhood is fantastic!

The apartment is in an excellent location, on a quieter street but close to everything. We could walk throughout Le Marais and also walk over to the Left Bank in minutes. The place is well stocked. Wonderful cafe “Paul” around the corner. It worked really well for us.

We stayed here with our two children and it was the perfect size and location. Very easy to get around using either the Metro or buses and close walking distance to many great restaurants, cafes, shops etc. the apartment was as advertised and very clean and tidy. Would definitely come back again.

The perfect apartment for our week in Paris. Location is quiet, yet only steps away from a main street that is buzzing with activity. It's less than 5mins from 2 metro lines, so getting around was very easy. Paul is a great host - easy to get a hold of and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

What a wonderful apartment! Paul, our host, was easy to communicate with and was very personable. The location is excellent with a short alleyway from a metro station. Whoever designed the remodel was a genius. Space was used so efficiently with a wonderful shower, closet space and efficient kitchen. Also great lighting and plenty of electrical outlets! I highly recommend!

Perfect location for our week long stay. Two minute walk to the Seine, quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Metro stop and grocery store right around the corner. The apartment had everything we needed, including a laundry machine! The shower had great water pressure, the apartment was comfortable and true to the photographs on the website. Our host provided coffee and tea, which was very thoughtful. We had morning pastries at the bakery around the corner and recommend dinner at Chez Mademoiselle. The food was great and the staff friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Paul, Thank you for your hospitality!

The apartment was perfect for what we needed, and the Murphy bed was comfortable! It was also in a great location and we were able to walk to a lot of places. There’s also a bike rack right in front where you can leave any Lime rentals after biking around the city. The metro stop is also really close, right through the alley to the right of the building!

We stayed at this lovely property for 5 nights in March. It has everything we needed except for cleaning products! I wanted to vacuum one day and also dry some dishes but could not find anything to do this with. This could be useful for future visitors. Otherwise a lovely stay. Recommend

The apartment is exactly as pictured. I found everything I needed, from extra blankets to a corkscrew. This is my favorite location in Paris, with all sorts of commerces out the front door and a quick hop to the Left Bank out the back. The apartment is very well organized and fitted out. Great shower.

My partner and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful experience. The apartment itself was clean, spacious (compared to other European flats we’ve stayed in), and quiet even though it’s next to a very busy neighborhood. We were walking distance from the seine, Notre Dame, and even took a longer walk to the Louvre. Highly recommend!

My wife and I, and our adult son, stayed here in December 2022 for 5 nights. The location was nice - within a 3 minute walk to a couple metro stops and near a lot of restaurants and a supermarket. (on Rue de Rivoli) Although located in the city, the apartment was more in a residential area, and quiet in the evenings - although if you are a light sleeper, some ear plugs and an eye mask may come in handy - especially if sleeping in the main room with the murphy bed.
We arrived into Paris early in the morning, and although we weren't able to check-in before 4:00pm as stated, Paul met us at 11am at the flat so we could drop off our bags, which was very nice. Throughout the process, Paul was very responsive to any questions we had, and provided all the details we needed to access and use the apartment.
The pictures on the VRBO website very accurately capture the look of the flat. The separate bedroom is about half of the total space of the apartment, and with the murphy bed pulled down in the main room, there isn't much additional space in that room. But it worked for us - but would be tight for two couples (4 people). The bathroom is small, but very functional. We didn't do any cooking - so can't comment on that - but there were enough bowls, cups, and utensils for our morning cereal and breakfast. There is also a small washing machine (no dryer) in the kitchen. The internet worked well. The flat was also stocked with a lot of Paris travel books and maps - so no need to bring your own.
Several folks had commented on the restaurant right next door - Chez Mademoiselle. It is indeed very nice - but a bit on the pricey side. Another restaurant option close by, just off Rue de Rivoli and near La Favorite restaurant, is a cute diner called "Breakfast in America" - which provided quite a bit of food for the money, and may be a better option for families.
Overall we liked this property a lot, and would stay here again.

This apartment is very conveniently located in Le Marais. It’s halfway between two metro stops for the 1 and 7 trains and the walks to each are easy. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Beds are comfortable. There were three of us and it was a bit tight, maybe better for two? Fully stocked kitchen was perfect for eating a few meals in. Neighborhood felt very safe. A quiet street although it’s Paris and the apartment is street facing so there is some street noise. Eat at Chez Mademoiselle below the apartment, it was wonderful! We would stay here again,

Enorm sfeervolle buurt in hartje Parijs. Veel is op loopafstand bereikbaar. Appartement zelf is klein maar fijn, alles is aanwezig. Er is zelfs een uitstekend restaurant beneden. Het enige waar ik last van had was het bed van 1,90m. Verder was alles perfect.
