About this apartment rental
I wait for you in this wonderful place, very clear with a beautiful open view with at the end of the rue la Seine. This beautiful quiet street which bears the name of the one, as the legend says, who invented, the school is located in the heart of the Marais and more precisely close to the Saint Paul district. The nearest metro is Saint Paul line 1.
In a beautiful condominium, this apartment has been renovated with particular care combining modernity and objects borrowed from history.
The bedding in the bedroom as well as the Murphy bed in the living room are very comfortable and of high quality.
Everything will be there to make your stay unforgettable. It is important to me to receive you at home as guests whom I want to pamper.

There are three important things to know about this option. First, it is in the absolute best location I’ve ever had in Paris— it’s a charming neighborhood, quiet, and super well located! I’ve stayed in the fifth, the sixth, the seventh, the first, and this is by far the best. You can walk pretty much anywhere and there’s two very convenient metro stations that connect you as well. Second, you need to know that there is no air-conditioning. That’s not uncommon in Paris, however, if you have a baby or you are older, I would say look for accommodations elsewhere in summer. We were given three fans, one did not work, and we used them all the time. To be fair, we were staying during a heat wave, but we could not get any respite in our lodging, so we had to find other places to go to rest and be cool. Finally, It’s small and the perfect size for two people OK for three and a stretch for four. There’s limited cooking pans, so really you’re gonna rely on the microwave even though there is an induction stove top. There was no information about how to run the induction stove top or the washing machine. However, in those cases, Google was our friend. We ran out of some basic necessities which I thought was odd considering we were staying for a week with four. I went down and bought paper towels and trash bags. Even with these caveats, it’s still a beautiful apartment and I would recommend it without hesitation to two people traveling in the spring winter or Fall

Our stay here was amazing! We were traveling with our 12 year old son and were all very comfortable in this lovely apartment, which is conveniently located close to two different metro stations and has a bakery, grocery store, and fruit market all within a very short walking distance. We were able to travel very easily from there to all the places we wanted to see and visit during our lovely time in Paris. Paul was a great host and personally welcomed us there. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Paris!

Flat was less than expected; the furniture was inadequate. The “air conditioner” was noisy and obtrusive in the bedroom. The noise from outside was bothersome. The location was very good for access to restaurants and the Metro
