Situated in Landry, this lovely condo for $164 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Very nice Savoyard style apartment of around 43 m² with terrace overlooking Mont-Blanc. Departure and arrival on skis. Ideally located in the resort near shops, slopes in winter and golf in summer. Private swimming pool in neighboring building. Descriptions: A master bedroom with shower, a bedroom for 3 people, a sofa bed in the living room, bathroom, separate WC. Good - nice spot. Bit of a pain to get down to the lifts but that was with three children and it was a bit icy. Nice flat though.

Firstly the communication with the owner was fantastic and very responsive.
The chalet itself is a good size for a family of 4, any more and it would be a bit tight for space.
During mid to high season the ski in/out will be perfect. We were early in the season and after a day of rain the slope into the chalet had gone down to the grass .. obviously no fault of the owner but just something to be aware of. As I say height of season will be no problem at all.
The chalet is very well kitted out and great to have a washing machine!
If/When we come back to Les Arc we will book this chalet if available! Thanks

Once again, another lovely stay
This was the second time we stayed in this apartment and once again we had a lovely time. Great location for ski-in, ski-out and as a base for the family holiday. We'll be back

Apparemment bien agencé avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain, très bien équipé, casier à ski, superbe vu du balcon, résidence calme bien situé.

L'appartement est bien entretenu et très bien équipé.
Tout est mis à disposition pour un séjour serein notamment en terme de cuisine (appareils de cuisson et ustensiles) et produits d'entretien.
Le petit plus, une chaîne hifi bien appréciable.
La literie est bonne. Seul bémol concernant la chambre à coucher aux lits superposés est qu'il n'y pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur.
Gros avantage pour cet appart avec ses 2 SDB !
L'accès au piste est rapide par contre celui à la station est un peu plus éloigné mais rien d'insurmontable.
La communication avec Mr Ortillon est parfaite.
Il s'assure même de rappeler la nécessité de dévalider le ticket de péage mis en place par la station pour économiser une coquette somme.
Très bonne adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés.

Très bon séjour
Appartement très bien équipé, un propriétaire très à l'écoute et une conciergerie très impliquée (notamment pour gérer la panne de chauffe eau le dimanche).
Seul bémol pour accéder à la résidence depuis le Charvet il n'y a pas de chemin piéton.
Sinon rien à redire tout y est y compris une très belle vue sur le Mont Blanc
Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir si je le peux.

Super semaine aux Arcs 1800
Logement agréable idéalement situé aux pieds des pistes. L'emplacement de parking dans la résidence est un plus. La vue du salon sur toute la chaîne du Mont-Blanc est magnifique. Rien à redire.

Un superbe appartement
pour un magnifique séjour à la montagne. La location est vraiment charmante, bien agencée, parfaitement équipée. Le plus : un balcon ouvert sur un panorama incroyable ! Un propriétaire bienveillant, attentionné et à l’ecoute. Le petit moins : le service de conciergerie, assez cher quant aux prestations proposées et assez peu aimable par ailleurs.
Mais, dans l’ensemble, une tres belle prestation. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Superbe appartement, spacieux et très bien équipé.
On se sent tout de suite "comme à la maison".
La literie est très confortable, avec des couettes bien douillettes.
La chambre enfant avec les lits superposés est spacieuse ce qui est rare dans un appartement à la montagne.
Les chambres disposent toutes de leur propre télévision, un plus très appréciable.
Concernant la propreté, rien à redire, tout était parfait.
Une jolie terrasse spacieuse où l'on peut manger avec une vue splendide sur le mont-blanc.
Enfin la résidence est très propre, jolie et bien située.
Bref, nous reviendrons sans hésité !!!

Une semaine en été
Logement propre et très bien équipé pour une famille de 4 personnes. 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec machine à laver c’est top. Un beau balcon pour dîner avec une vue magnifique sur le mont blanc.
Une place de parking couverte.
L’appartement doit être super l’hiver avec un départ skis aux pieds cependant l’été la descente vers le centre des Arcs 1800 est plutôt raide (par la piste) nous avons utilisé la télécabine du Dahu pour remonter (la localisation sur l’annonce n’est pas la bonne). Mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir rien que pour la vue !
Attention la piscine de la résidence est fermée en cette période de COVID!

Dommage que l'accès à la piscine en raison de la covid, n'est été possible mais merci au propriétaire pour la solution proposée en remplacement.

Chouette petit appartement avec jolie vue
Une fois réglé un petit souci de propreté de la lingerie (merci à la réactivité du propriétaire et de sa représentante sur place), le séjour fut parfait. L'appartement est très bien équipé, bien insonorisé ; la vue sur le Mont Blanc est magnifique. Petit bémol : la petite chambre dont la vue donne directement sur le couloir de la résidence. Une adresse à recommander!

C'est la 2e année consécutive que nous louons cet appartement et nous ne sommes pas déçus. 2 vraies chambres et salle de bains/douche, appartement très bien équipé et décoré avec goût, une petite piste à descendre pour rejoindre les Skimômes.

An excellent property in an excellent location . One of the best I have ever encountered in 58years of skiing ! Perfectly placed adjacent to the short run down to the Vagere and Transarc Express .So easy to return after a day's skiing . Well laid out accommodation with more than adequate space and facilities /kitchen /equipment .An excellent view from the lounge and balcony towards Mount Blanc . A spacious ski locker . Very quiet at night but only a short distance from the shops /bars etc and the free return telecabine Dahu . Easy to access and return from the Folie Douce .(.awesome free entertainment from 2pm -830 pm )This apartment is a must for all levels of skier or snowboarder wanting to access the vast Paradiski area .Easy to access all routes from The St Bernard . Full 5 stars in every respect . I would love to own an apartment in this building and would hope to be returning health permitting !It really is ski in ski out John

Bel appartement dans résidence très bien entretenue permettant de sortir directement skis au pied. Parking couvert, local à skis sécurisé.
Balcon plein sud avec vue sur la vallée.
Intérieur très bien équipé avec beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine en tout genre ainsi que lave vaisselle et lave linge.
C'est la deuxième fois que nous y allons et nous y retournerons certainement.

Un séjour au top dans le domaine des Arcs!
Nous revenons tout juste des Arcs. Aucun problème avec l'appartement, nous avons pu profiter pleinement du ski. Skis aux pieds, 1 remontée mécanique dessert l'appartement jusqu'à 23h (pour ceux qui aimeront faire une soirée au restaurant ou aller s'en jeter quelques uns au village de Charvet avant le repos des braves!).
Le balcon vaut aussi le détour et offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Le calme vient parfaire l'apaisement des lieux.
Casiers à skis et sortie sur piste en face de l'appartement, c'est comme avoir une maison sur la dune au bord de la plage...
Bref je suis très heureux d'être tombé sur cette location.
Le domaine des Arcs restera dans ma mémoire et j'aurai toujours plaisir à y retourner après un séjour pareil!
Pour finir j'aimerais vous donner un défaut de cet appartement... mais je n'en ai tout simplement pas trouvé en 7 jours.

Stayed with husband and three kids (11, 7, 5) during half-term after Eurotunnel crossing so undercover parking space very useful. Apartment in quieter section of resort and very well maintained and furnished (one of best-equipped places we've stayed in). TV in each room and wifi access great for later in day, especially when kids too tired to ski but still need entertaining. Ski locker on same floor and ski in/ski out location made getting to/from slopes much easier--by mid-week all of us (even younger girls) able to do this. Access to pool in Iseran (building opposite across path) easy with key fob and great after skiing. Owner incredibly friendly and helpful: even sent back my son's rugby tour coat which I had left behind in the hallway closet! Apartment highly recommended.
