This hotel was right in the middle of (very quiet) Selcuk and a few steps away from the Ephesus Historical Museum. The rooms were clean and bright, the beds were comfortable and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and were content. Breakfast was large with a broad variety of options, all included with the room. Parking was easy on a nearby street (in October). Very close to Ephesus and walkable to a couple neighborhood restaurants. There is a pool onsite and an outdoor balcony on our room, which would have been very welcome if the weather cooperated a bit more (and would be terrific in summer).

We really enjoyed the architecture of the building. The breakfast was excellent. Best of all was the family running the hotel as well as all the staff. They were very friendly and welcoming and shared a lot of information about Turkish culture which we really appreciated. The location of the hotel was also excellent.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

The staff, rooms, pool, and breakfast were all great.
The air conditioner did not work and it was very hot. Apparently, they could have had it fixed but we’d been told at check in not to change the mode because it wasn’t working. That was a language barrier issue rather than the fault of the hotel, but the a/c wasn’t working when we got there anyway so it was likely a known issue.
