Nestled in San Pedro de Alcántara, this charming villa for $1,007 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This beautiful villa stands out for the care of all its details and decoration. The kitchen has been completely renovated in February of 2017, equally, the villa is maintained constantly, ensuring that every detail will make your vacation an unforgettable one. The villa is located in the village of “San Pedro de Alcántara”, at the end of a beautiful avenue, with gardens, large children’s playground and two impressive fountains. The villa is situated at 300 meters from the beach, which offers a beautiful promenade of 17 km, where you will find bars, restaurants, water activities, etc. The villa has great privacy and is located in a very quiet urbanization, but close to all you may need, as the center of the village is only 700 meters away. Equally, just round the corner from the villa, you will find one of the finest restaurants of the area. At only 5 to 10 minute’s walk you may find a well known sports center with tennis paddle and tennis courts, fitness center and beauty salon, also, in the vicinity you will find several golf courses and a large range of activities and at only 1.5 km, you will find the famous "Puerto Banús". The villa offers 5 bedrooms all offering en-suite bathrooms, each of which have been decorated and represents the culture of a country and many of the deco have been imported from the country of origin. The bedrooms represent; Egypt, India, Indonesia, China and Africa. All bedrooms offer comfortable mattresses (22 cm. thickness), top quality bed linen, air conditioning (Cold and Hot Air), music center, safe and LCD TV, offering Spanish TDT, satellite and film system. All bedrooms are well ventilated, spacious and bright and as stated offer en-suite bathrooms, offering hair dryers and bathrooms heaters. The common areas of the villa are spacious, offering two lounges; one with three large leather sofas and a beautiful Iranian carpet where you can enjoy a movie, as it offers a 42” flat screen TV, satellite film system, with over 500 films, DVD as well as Netflix. The secondary lounge or Library room, also offers 42” flat screen TV, satellite film system with over 500 films and DVD. You may also find in the Library room, a large collection of books (exchange system), table games, pool table and sofa. Both lounges are fully air conditioning offering Hot & Cold Air. Next to the kitchen and main lounge, you may find the large dining room, offering a large glass table (1’40cm x 2’80cm), with sitting for 14 people with comfortable leather armchairs where you can enjoy a relaxing lunch or dinner overlooking the garden, pool, children’s area and pond. It offers ambient light system with five types of environments, equally, the dining area is fully air conditioned (hot and cold air). The large kitchen, fully renovated in February of 2017, offers large work-top; a cooking area with ceramic hob (90cm), oven, microwave, 2 dishwashers, 1 large fridge and 1 fridge-freezer, as well as a central island with stools, overlooking the pool and garden. Equally, equipped with a variety of small appliances, cutlery, glassware and everything needed for cooking enthusiasts, as well as air conditioning (Hot & Cold air). If the inside of the villa stands out for its comfort and equipment, the exteriors of the villa are equally varied and enjoyable. The area of the Costa del Sol, offers an average temperature of 19ºC and over 300 days of sunshine a year, for which the villa is opened to the garden, allowing you to enjoy the same. Equipped with sun beds for all guests with thick cushions (10 cm), chill-out bed of 180x200, an outdoor porch with two large aluminum tables and armchairs, where you can dine “Al-fresco” at any time of the day thanks to the awning it offers, a large built barbecue with seating for up to 10 people, an impressive Playground with slide, swings, etc. .. , A pond with a waterfall and also a pool (size 8 x 4 meters) which can be heated to a maximum of 30 ° C, which can be enjoyed all year even in bad weather, as it offers a telescopic cover (size 11x 6 meters) that covers entirely the swimming pool area, allowing space inside seating etc.. for you to be able to enjoy a swim while it is windy or raining outside. Absolutely stunning villa. The playground area was a huge hit for the children. The games room was brilliant for everyone especially the adults who played pool late into the evening. Easy to connect your phone to the speakers in the garden. The patio was just beautiful and relaxing. The pool was a great hit for all . Also there was a hidden surprise, before everyone (13 of us) got up the garden and patio was swept and tidied up by Rafael at 7am . (Lee's husband) Lee the host was exceptional from when we booked until we left. Lee was on call 24 hours. Lee met us on arrival and came to say goodbye when we were leaving. Will definitely be back . Casa Fernando Restaurant which is about 100 feet from the house has Amazing food . Make sure you book.

We have recently returned from a weeks family stay at Villa Turrion and it was wonderful. It delivered everything we needed to entertain two children, ages 8 and 14, the games room was fantastic. The villa was spotlessly clean, large bedrooms and reception rooms. There were some lovely restaurants nearby all within walking distance.
The pool and outdoor areas were lovely and of a good size. I would thoroughly recommend.

Villa Turrion perfectly accommodated the needs of our family of 4 generations (5-95 years)
Comfortable, clean and well equipped. The games room was particularly put to good use as was the super outside BBQ area.

Til 12 personer fordelt på 3 generationer kan det være svært at finde et velegnet feriehus. Vi fandt det! Villa Turrion har gode værelser med hver sit tema, adskillige andre rum til forskellige formål, og udenom en velholdt have og ikke mindst en pool, som i sommervarmen var det samlende punkt. Køkken og udendørs grill er særdeles veludrustet, og der er spiseplads til alle både ude og inde. Ved småproblemer stod Lee og Rafael Turrion parat med hjælp. Det var en dejlig uge! Ferieboligen er perfekt til et afslappende ophold for en stor familie eller et hold af venner. Der mulighed for at være sammen alle mand, men også for lidt privatliv, når der er behov herfor.
Ferieboligen mangler ikke nogen form udstyr og der er også mulighed for forskellige aktiviteter sammen og i mindre grupper.
Vi havde alt i alt en fantastisk uge med fornem service fra ejeren. Det gode vejr i ugen, hvor vi var der, gjorde selvfølgelig ikke oplevelsen ringere.

Excellent facilities, comfy beds. Brilliant pool, play equipment for the kids. Walking distance to beach and town. Not touristy area, but great restaurants , cafes, beach kiosks. We loved the outdoor kitchen, what a treat. We felt like film stars! After a long 2 year covud hiatus, this property was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much

From the moment we found Villa Turrion on VRBO we just knew we had found a gem and couldn't wait to escape the lockdowns and miserable weather to start our vacation in sunny San Pedro.
The host, Lee, was communicative, responsive, incredibly friendly and helpful, from the moment we booked until days after we left, a true rarity, much like her absolutely top notch villa.
Nothing was too much trouble : want to go fishing, ask Lee for recommendations and a few days later we're hauling in a veritable feast for ravenous consumption, cooked on the fantastic outdoor bbq in the equally impressive outdoor space.
Want to watch the Olympics in English? Lee found a way to sort it out.
Arriving on an early overnight flight and need to find somewhere to crash for a few hours, don't worry Lee will go above and beyond to help you find a solution.
The villa itself is very spacious, plenty of room for our two families of four, there was even a spare self contained unit behind the pool we could have used if we felt cramped, but safe to say we did not. The pool table, fussball and ping pong went over extremely well with the kids and the pool and relaxation areas were a hit with everyone. (Everything is exactly as depicted in the photos)
The beach is a five minute stroll, and had miles and miles of boardwalk to explore with ice cream shacks, restaurants etc. Several of us enjoyed morning jogs into Puerto Banus before it got too hot to do much beyond lie by the pool.
San Pedro itself is a little bit further but easy to get to for any shopping needs for adults who don't mind the walk and kids who've been promised ice-cream! (Otherwise you can always hire a car to get around - or get things delivered from the local mercadona if you plan far enough in advance)
Having stayed in top notch hotels and rental properties around the world, from Ritz Carltons to Waldorf Astorias etc. the little touches that make the difference between feeling like you are staying at a four star place and staying at a five star place are all present here - great room darkening blinds, effective air conditioning when needed, good water pressure, nice amenities, fluffy towels, all the kitchen equipment you could need both inside and out, unobtrusive groundskeeping and pool maintenance, the list goes on and on.
Overall, I can't emphasize enough what a wonderful vacation we just had, and will be sure to recommend Villa Turrion to anyone who might ask!

Maison parfaite pour passer d'excellentes vacances.
Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cette maison. Nos enfants se sont régalés dans la piscine chauffée et notre petit groupe d'adultes a profité du bar extérieur très bien agencé avec son barbecue intégré.
La maison est parfaite pour un groupe de 10 personnes (voir plus). Les chambres sont spacieuses avec chacune leur salle de bain très propres. La cuisine est très bien équipées et le salon possède une grande table qui permet de manger à 10 personnes sans problème.
La maison est très bien située (à 300 m de la mer). Très proche également des restaurants et commerces. Vous pouvez louer facilement des vélos et longer la côte par le chemin magnifique destiné aux piétons et vélos (à faire absolument avec près de 20 km de chemin...)
Les propriétaires sont très gentils et très professionnels. N'hésitez pas à louer cette maison pour passer de très agréables vacances.

Vacaciones accidentadas
Cuando elegí pasar las vacaciones en familia en una Villa de lujo, no imagine que me iban a pasar tantas cosas, que hicieran que mi estancia en la casa fuera un bálsamo en mis vacaciones.
La Villa estába equipada al detalle , tenia todo lo que habíamos visto en internet y algunas cosas mas que hicieron que nuestra estancia ( que como ya he dicho antes por motivos de salud nos obligo a estar en reposo en la villa) fuera estupenda, sus jardines y su piscina ( siempre tan limpia y cuidada ) , y el servicio de atención de la casa muy eficientes en la limpieza etc.
El trato de los propietarios fue amable, amigable diría yo siempre dispuestos a ayudar, mostrando información de interés tanto de restaurante, como de lugares de interés, y siempre atentos y simpáticos.
Mostrando un interés por nuestra situación personal que trasciende de su competencia..
Cosa que agradecimos muchísimo.
Muy recomendable y se ajusta perfectamente a las paginas de internet....

I loved Spain before this amazing holidays, but I love it soo much now! The environment, the villa and all the attentions. The villa is brilliant, has been finished to a very high standart and was really lovely. I went with my boyfriend and others friends, but I really want to come back with my family to this luxurious place.
Anyone considering this villa would not be dissapointed except when we had to leave and return to the real world..
