About this villa rental
A 19th-century building restored in 2008 in a traditional Salento style, nestled in a meticulously maintained garden surrounded by olive trees, flowers, and aromatic plants (Mediterranean scrub).
It is located just 500 meters from the sea, where the rocky coastline is mostly low-lying, allowing easy access for swimmers, and 6–7 km from the beautiful beaches of Gallipoli and Torre San Giovanni (Riva di Ugento).
The villa features a main building with 4 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, a shared kitchen, and a large porch; just 5 meters away is a beautiful double guesthouse with a star-vaulted ceiling and a barrel-vaulted bathroom. All 5 bedrooms have separate entrances to ensure maximum privacy.
Inside the villa, there is a fully equipped built-in kitchen featuring: a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, cookware, various tableware, etc.
The property features a beautiful portico composed of large arches made of carparo and Leccese stone, under which guests can enjoy lunch and dinner at the enormous wooden table custom-built for large groups and extended families, who, even if they choose to stay during slightly colder periods or when weather conditions are unfavorable, can still enjoy the portico, which transforms into a large enclosed dining room thanks to transparent PVC curtains that close off each arch.
Furthermore, during the winter months, lighting the wood-burning stove transforms the portico into a heated and perfectly comfortable space, offering a view of the splendid garden with its olive grove.
The portico is equipped with a large 50-inch 4K LED TV, a stereo system for background music, ceiling fans for warmer evenings, and free Wi-Fi.
The spacious private parking area allows for easy parking.
Outside, there is an elevated swimming pool (6 m x 3.40 m x 1.20 m deep), and the outdoor barbecue allows you to enjoy delicious grilled meals.

This is an amazing property. The photos do not do it justice. The owners are very nice and the area was spectacular. After touring most of the heel of the boot we found the best place was Torre Suda. Thankful they accepted our very last minute reservation!

Struttura accogliente e fornita di tutti i confort. Il sig Francesco e la sua famiglia veramente gentili e disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa sin dall’arrivo. Abbiamo passato un piacevole lungo weekend in famiglia circondati da una pace e tranquillità. Tutto perfetto anche il tempo che è stato meraviglioso, considerato il periodo. Consigliamo vivamente.

La casa è ancora più bella delle foto.Perfetta la veranda per stare in famiglia e in compagnia, ogni stanza ha il bagno privato cosicché garantisce anche privacy e riservatezza.
I proprietari gentilissimi e presenti ad ogni richiesta....sicuramente mi sento di consigliarla vivamente!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa villa per 10 giorni in tre famiglie, con 2 bambini ciascuna di età compresa tra i 5 e i 9 anni.
La casa e' molto bella, spaziosa e ben curata, dotata di tutto il necessario.
Ogni famiglia ha il suo ingresso autonomo; gli spazi condivisi sono ampi, il punto forte della casa e' il grande portico.
Le foto sul sito non risaltano l'effettiva bellezza della casa.
I proprietari sono sempre stati cordiali e disponibili.
Senza dubbi consigliamo questa casa per delle piacevoli vacanze.
