Was comfortable, just the dinning and living room were combined, it's was a little tight. Location was great, not far from shopping and restaurants. Were able to walk to the marina. Consuela and her husband were very friendly and available to help us. We would definitely stay there again.

This apartment was a lovely find for our first visit to Cagliari! It was a great location, close to everything we wanted to see. The place was larger than it looked in the pictures, and really comfortable. There were so many great restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed hanging out at the cafes in Piazza Yenne after shopping in the nearby stores. Consuelo was a wonderful host and was really helpful in making our stay comfortable. We will stay here again when we return!

My wife and I, along with my parents took a short trip to Cagliari. It was exactly as advertised. Consuelo and her husband met us at the apartment, even though it was very late at night due to a long airline delay.
They showed us around and made sure that we knew everything to make our stay comfortable. The amenities were absolutely perfect. The beds were quite comfortable.
Everything in terms of restaurants and supermarkets were a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Poetto beach, one of the best beaches anywhere, was a 10 minute bus ride away.
I will be returning annually and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Clean and spacious flat with all the amenities you would require for a city stay. The host was very responsive to messages and welcoming on check in with clear instructions and very helpful with additional advice and recommendations. Location is good as can walk to all of the city and very close to train station for getting to the airport. Highly recommended.

Very spacious three bedroom two bath apartment with a small living room and kitchen. Very well stocked with everything you need. The location was very close to being able to walk to the central areas. Amazingly quiet! Overall a great place in a wonderful location. The owner was very easy to contact and very nice. if I come back to Sardinia, I would book this place in a heartbeat!

Both Consuelo and her husband were great! They greeted us at the house and gave us a tour. Everything that you see on the pictures is even better in person. The house was very clean and a great location.

The location is fantastic of course, 2 minutes to the next grocery store and countless restaurants within short walking distance. The apartment is reachable via an elevator which is convenient but also necessary with a child's trolley. Nice place with high ceilings, air conditioning. Finally the host, Consuelo is very helpful and super friendly. I can recommend this apartment! We enjoyed our stay in Cagliari! Thanks Consuelo!

Check-in was quick and easy. We were met at the door on arrival from the airport. Everything was thoroughly explained and we found the apartment clean. We had everything we needed to cook and clean and some extras were available (Washington up liquid, hand soap, enough loo roll for a few days). The bedrooms were big and airy, every room except the 2 bathrooms had high ceilings, there is a shower in each bathroom, toilet, bidet. One bathroom has a washing machine and the balcony off the main bedroom has a clothes hanging horse to dry clothes. All 3 bedrooms had two single beds, wardrobes, bedding. The location is perfect. A couple of minutes up the road to the Main Street of restaurants in Cagliari, a few minutes down the road to the train Station and main bus stops. It’s a few minutes walk to the shops, and the harbour. We caught a bus 20-30 mins to Poetta (our favourite beach) and spent most days walking round seeing the local sights or catching the bus there. The location and apartment are perfect if you like a mix of beach and sight seeing. Coupdn’t Recommend the apartment and Consuelo’s helpfulness enough. Would love to stay again.

A perfect location for city stay
Consuelo is a charming and helpful hostess who met us and settled us in to her clean and comfortable apartment. The apartment is in a perfect location for visiting all that the city attractions and close to the bus station and railway station. We had hired a car in order to take some trips out however it is extremely difficult to find on street parking but you can park at the railway station a few minutes away for 10 Euros per 24 hours. There are almost too many restaurants to choose from but we enjoyed the Antica Cagliari for fish and Trattoria Ci Pensacola Cannas restaurant next door for traditional Sardinia cooking. If cooking at home we only found one supermarket called Crai it is not obvious from outside. It is located two doors up from Ing Bank on the corner of Plazza Yenne 1 minute walk from the apartment. The Archeological museum is well worth a visit with a stop on the walk back at Bar Gelateria 4 Mori for drinks and views across the city. The Botanical Gardens were a surprise perfect for a late afternoon stroll before an evening meal it closes at 7.40 pm so suggest going at 5 pm to make sure of entry.

Hidden gem in a central location
The host was waiting to greet us on arrival and helped us into the apartment. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, the living and kitchen area was quite small and difficult to prepare meals, although there are lots of good priced eatery's within a few minutes walk. If you choose to prepare your own meals there are lots of mini Marts dotted about but these did seem a little expensive. Location wise it was perfect only 2 minutes walk to the train and bus station, tickets for the bus are 1.30€ for 90mins from first use and can be purchased at local news kiosks or on the bus for a 50 cents surcharge. Poetto beach is lovely and only about 10 mins by bus. Transport from the airport is about 25 mins and cost about 25€. I would recommend this apartment and hosts to anyone wishing to visit Cagliari.

Lovely city break in a beautiful country
The apartment was perfect,very cozy and homely. It was right near all the bars and restaurants of the city and had every thing you needed for a great stay. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, recommending some lovely places to visit and some fantastic restaurants to eat at. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again if i was to return to Cagliari.

A great flat in a prime location
The flat was very conveniently located for the train station (5-10 minute journey on the train from the airport), the bus station (a 20 minute journey to the beautiful Poetto beach), the marina and the main shopping/eating area. The flat was in a quiet street and the beds were very comfy. Consuelo was a brilliant host - great communication from booking through to meeting us at the apartment and the welcome goodies were much appreciated. Highly recommended!

very nice and roomy appartement in the center of the city
This Appertement is a very nice place to stay in cagliary. Its the perfect spot to enjoy the city and its nightlife. Everything is walkingdistance and easy to reach. The appartement was very clean and you find all you need for your stay. The bathrooms are very comfortable and in good shape. The same as the rooms itself. The host, consuelo was very friendly and easy. We could really enjoy our stay in cagliary and would choose the same when we come back once. Its also recommendable for families.

Ideal City centre apartment
Although we arrived very late in the evening from the airport, Consuelo and Carlo very kindly waited for us at the apartment to give us the warmest of welcomes, which we greatly appreciated. Despite the late hour, they took the time to show us around the apartment, explained how everything worked (including the TV and internet) and also gave us some information on the local sights.
The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, and provided everything we needed for our stay in Cagliari. The central location was excellent for exploring the City, a few steps away from Piazza Yenne for relaxing lunches in the sun. A little further away on foot we explored the picturesque Castello area, the Cathedral and San Benedetto Market where we bought excellent food to cook back at the apartment one evening. The beautiful beach at Poetto is an easy 15 minute bus ride away from the bus station (adjacent to train station - 10 mins walk from the apartment) and is well worth a visit. We would not hesitate to book the apartment again for a return trip to Cagliari.

A warm welcome in a prime location
Consuelo and Carlo gave us a wonderfully warm welcome. The apartment is spacious and airy, and has an excellent location. It's central for bars, cafes and key sites of interest, and is within ten minutes walk of the railway station and bus station. For visiting Cagliari it is difficult to imagine a more suitable apartment.

Ideal for large Family
The apartment was in the center of Cagliari, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area. There is a fridge freezer, cooker even a washing machine, TV, blueray player and free wifi. The apartment had everything you would want from your own home.
On arrival Consuelo and Carlo was waiting for us and went through the apartment with us, they had left a bottle of Sardinian wine and some fresh cakes. They were very friendly and informative.
They were very helpful and we could phone them at anytime day or night.
The restaurant (Picanha's) across the road was fantastic all you can eat for 19 euros (the meat menu)
I would recommend this property to anyone.

Awesome apartment and great and forthcoming host
We stayed in this lovely and stylish apartment with 5 adults for 2 nights.
The apartment was well kept, clean and equipped with everything you could need. We fell in love with this place at once ;)
The owner provided us with all the information we needed (as how to reach the beach -it's a 10 mins bus drive from the nearby bus station- and where to go out for dinner, e.g.) and even offered us to leave our luggage in the apartment until our departure in the evening.
We can wholeheartedly recommend this amazing place to everyone who plans to pay a visit to Cagliari for a few days!

Perfect location, immaculately clean apartment.
My young family and I enjoyed a wonderful short break at this apartment. The apartment is immaculately clean and has lots of homely touches.
Communication with Conseulo was always easy and helpful. Gave us lots of tips on where to go. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to arrive early.
Location is perfect near the train station bus stops and many bars and restaurants. We got a bus to Poetto beach which is beautiful and worth a visit.
The apartment has 3 huge bedrooms all clean with linen and towels a good dining area/lounge and a kitchen which has all you need.
We will return in summer.

The best apartment ever !!!! Wonderful location...you have to take a bus to the beach but otherwise you have everything around...very calm and quiet...very clean...well equipped...good air conditioning...The people that check us in were very nice and friendly...Don't need to continuous searching, this is the best apartment. We were 6 people , 2 couples and 2 children...everything went wonderfully.

The apartment is equipped and decorated to a very high standard, and we were very happy with the degree of comfort and cleanliness. It is in a great location in the Centre of Cagliari, with all kinds of shops and restaurants as well as the central bus and train stations all at walking distance. An amazing apartment
WHAT AN AMAZING APARTMENT!
We arrived to wonderful Sardinian owners. Beautiful home.
The apartment is so very spacious and wonderfully located just 2 minutes walk from Piazza Yenne. 10 minute drive from beautiful Poetto beach.
When we arrived Consuelo( the owner) had left small homely things for our kids and a bottle of wine left for us and maps of the city!
The apartment has everything from plastic holders for food to hair dyers and bucket and spades for kids and beach umbrella!
Overall fantastic place and fantastic holiday. I will certainly be recommending the apartment to all my friends and family!

The apartment is newly updated, well equiped and in an elegant building in the older part of Caligari. It is at the heart of the older city and convenient to everything- the historic quarter the botanical gardens and the Poeta beach.
The apartment is immaculate and although central to the city it is exceptional quiet on the second floor.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were appreciative of our hosts' patience when we managed to get lost finding the apartment. Beware of the google directions which sent us to a similar address in St Elmas which we were foolish to think was correct."
