Villa is located in Vodnjan / Istria with seaview to the Brioni islands, just 5 min by car from the nearest beach. It is situated on an 2200 m2 plot in a quiet area, the house itself being laid out over 420 m2. It boasts an imposing exterior, partly clad in stone, It has pool with 60 m2 with salt . Part of the pool has air and water massage. The pool and the terrace are surrounded by a cultivated green area The kitchen is completely equipped. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one bedroom with two single beds, extra one bathrom. An interior staircase leads upstairs featuring four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies. These have superb audio-video equipment, air conditioners. Two opposite sides of the ground level are closed with sliding glass walls that provide this space with a lot of natural light and allow the whole area to turn into a large open living room with direct access to the pool and terrace on one side and an open-air SPS Wellness, Jacuzzi / Hot Tub and sauna on the other. Barbecue and beautiful garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are included. The house is suitable for people with wheelchairs. Larger groups are welcome. The whole villa and garden are covered with free Wi-Fi. The villa is located in quite place, but that is far enough away from the noise, or you are just looking for a place to truly relax and enjoy the crystal clear waters and rocky beaches, you've found the right place for your vacation

The house is super, Pool, jacuzzi all great. The only disturbing thing was the works in the neighborhood. And the surrounding is not so terrific. But one can do a lot of things not too far from the house, Fazana and Vodnjan are nice and it is not far to Pula and Rovinj. It was a very nice stay, the nearest beach is not so great, but there are a lot of beautiful places to reach by car. It was very practical to have the supermarket nearby, also the possibilities for the bin. The rooms are very beautiful, also the bathrooms with beautiful showers. We made a ship turn to the islands from Fazana, which was beautiful too.

My friends and me ( along with our pets ) spent one week at White Villa. The house is spacious, especially bedrooms, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen for those who enjoy cooking like as, is very well equipped. The open layout of the kitchen and living room area allows for plenty of interaction. Our kids spent the whole time in and around the pool. In the evening we adults spent the time in Wellness area. Ingrid the owner, she made sure that everything was in order for our arrival. She was always available on the phone. This is a magnificent frends getaway and we would highly recommend it. ☺️☺️☺️

Unser Aufenthalt in der White Villa ging leider nur eine Woche, wir waren sehr gerne noch langer geblieben, die Zeit ging einfach viel zu schnell borbeni. Es war eine traumhafte Woche in der gepflegten White Villa. Der pool, sauna und das Jacuzzi Sorgt fur Reichlich Entspannung und Abkuhlung. Die Vermieter Ingrid und Denis waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!! Sara

Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage war wunderschon. Insbesondere das Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, pool und Wellnessbereich. Die Eigentumer haben uns freundlichst empfangen und fuhrten uns durch die Villa. Das Haus haben wir wie auf den Bildern abgebildet vorgefunden und besser. Hochwertig und sehr gemutlich. Wir konnen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. LG Simon und Petra

We had a fantastic relaxing holiday. We were four famillies with eight kids, between 4-12 years old that stayed in this lovely Villa that had everything that you could wish for ! The house is very clean and well maintained. We spend lots of time around the pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi. The owners were also very friendly and helpful with everything. I would definitely recommend this house.

Excellent accommodation and amenities within the house. All you need for a lovely holiday: Very friendly owner. Supermarket within 200 metres. Close to lovely coastline and restaurants. Easy ride from Pula airport and Pula town itself.
