Great location, cozy apartment, loved it

Very comfortable apartment, great beds, great view, very cozy! The owner is very friendly. We loved every minute of our stay at Skye! Ps: We got fresh eggs which were amazing.

Excellent house

Beautiful location. Just the view from window was so good. Christie was a perfect host and there was a bottle of prosecco and eggs from his farm kept for us. Every small detail was taken care of.Would love to visit again.

The location postcode is not accurate, but the directions given by the host was helpful.

The house was immaculate and neatly maintained with great attention given to minute details in making this house absolutely gorgeous. The house has amazing views.

Practically nothing but if I have to be an absolute critique then maybe an extra fan besides the one present considering how hot it was inside, plus a dishwasher and a washing machine inside the property would make the house perfect.

Nice apartment, beautiful location, friendly host - perfect place

It was very convenient to have a "private" place with two bedrooms, good wifi, kitchen and a washing machine nearby. The rather big apartment has its own entrance and a lot of space to park your car. Thanks to the notification prior to the arrival, the location was easy to find with google maps. It really is in the back-country, but also only 10min away from Portree. The host was really nice, helpful and fun to talk with. It was the perfect place for us!

Midges! But that's nothing the host can do about... Prepare yourself with some Smidge!

Fantastic apartment . Immaculately maintained. Great central location.

Loved everything- location- comfort and cleanliness of apartment, all the facilities. Every last thing you might need was there. Lovely thoughtful host who ensured everything met our expectations. Great central base for touring. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent location, nice host, comfortable apartment, super clean and friendly. I surely recommend!

The host was very kind and super helpful with suggestions and ensuring that we had all was needed for our stay. He also gave us some excellent fresh eggs from the farm! I also really appreciated that the host provided some food supplies in the house (milk, coffee, tea, oil, spices, sugar, rice, biscuits etc). The house is beautiful and very comfortable, in an excellent location to explore the beauty of Skye. Great views from all the windows, very quiet countryside location but close to the beautiful spots.

Honestly I cannot think of anything negative.

excellent and recommended stay!

extremely clean and organised. it has everything you may need. We preferred to cook our own food the the kitchen is really well equipped. Christie is a wonderful host, gave us tips and also a very good taste welcome gift!

A super comfortable week in a lovely property conveniently located for all the attractions of Skye.

Big bed was much appreciated as was the welcome hamper of goodies and fresh eggs from the friendly resident chickens. A group of small lambs (to be kept with the flock) were also very friendly and sweet as was the cat. Everything was clean and well equipped and Christie was an excellent host. Highly recommended.

Wonderful February break

It was very lovely cows included

Nothing, the stay was lovely for the whole family who had a fine break . The owner was lovely we arrived on valentine's Day and there were rose petals, flowers and champagne delighted.

I loved this place.

We had self catering. The view s are excellent. The owner was keen to chat and informative. The apartment was to a high standard, the owners have worked hard to deliver top notch facilities. No wonder people come back year after year!

Very welcoming host, extremely informative about the local area and Isle of Skye. Well situated in the middle of Skye, ideal base for travellers. Really enjoyed our stay. Apartment is to a high standard and well kept. Excellent WiFi signal. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Farm Flat

Only a few miles out of Portree at a secluded spot with a fantastic view, it was perfectly located for touring the island. Spacious, comfortable and well appointed I wanted for nothing. And had such a warm welcome with teacakes and a few wee drams.

The location was great very central for all the sights. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The host was great and let us help feed the lambs. Would definitely come back here.

Scenic location & friendly host

Really friendly host, the location was brilliant. Received a welcome pack upon arrival with helpful suggestions of what to do and where to eat (+ fresh eggs!) Apartment was very clean and well decorated. Loved saying hello to the animals there, too!

There was only one fan between two rooms but other than that - lovely.

Exceptional

Such a lovely place with amazing views. Beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you could need. We stayed with our friends after completing the north coast 500 and it was some welcomed luxury. We had a really great time and would love to come back and stay here. Amazing host and we even got to feed some baby lambs which topped off the trip.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Self catered. The property is well decorated and comfortable. Lovely and warm and the kitchen facilities excellent. There is access to a washing machine and tumble drier in a separate outhouse which was useful The welcome pack was much appreciated. Lovely host who gave plenty of local advice. Found it quite central for both Portree and further north to Neist Point, Dunvegan and Coral Beach.

Beautiful Apartment

Loved our stay. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beautifully decorated and furnished. The host was lovely and helpful, we didn’t need him so only spoke on our first and last day as we had no problems. The apartment is quite remote but that is just what we were looking for. Washing machine and dryer are provided in a outhouse which is very handy.

Our bed was perfect but my daughter and her husband found their mattress uncomfortable.
