Peaceful, idyllic Trulli house with an authentic host and lovely farm gardens.

Host was amazing, met us late at the property and served a delicious homemade breakfast every day - scrambled eggs plus ham/cheese/breads and treats. She also did housekeeping every day so the place was so lovely and clean. She was particularly kind to our two young children and gave us lots of treats. We loved the Trulli house it was so cosy and quiet. We really appreciated being out of town and having the space and free parking. It was easy to drive into town to see the Trulli streets and even jogging around the area there were lots of Trulli houses on farms - beautiful scenery. 3 nights was perfect here.

The shower was cute and had a curved wall, but every now and then the water blasted cold for a second or two in between hot, not a big problem but just a bit tricky with children to make sure they didn't feel the cold. The weather wasn't amazing, mild 18-20 degrees but raining and cloudy (middle of May) so we couldn't use the pool unfortunately, but not the host's fault! I tried to go jogging from the house but the main road nearby is pretty narrow and had quite a lot of cars (not for the faint-hearted!) I took some nearby farm roads and jogged laps around those instead to keep safe. Definitely needed a car to go anywhere.

Loved it and would recommend.

Lovely traditional accommodation. Great pool after a hot day on beach. Lovely staff and breakfast. Breakfast plentiful with fruit, cereal, yogurt, pastries, meat and eggs on offer.

Although breakfast plenty to choose from, did feel type of hot food could have varied within the week.

Lovely

Sara was an amazing host who treats her guests like family. She greeted us every morning with delicious home baked cakes and sweets, fresh fruit from her garden and delicious coffee. The trulli home we stayed in was lovely, clean and spacious. The grounds are beautiful with amazing fig trees my kids enjoyed picking. The location is ideal to explore puglia and parking was included. We felt so peaceful during our 5 days there, could easily have stayed another week. Puglia is amazing, book and don’t look back.

Great stay!

Sara the host was amazing! she prepared amazing breakfast every morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were a group of 8 adults and 2 children’s. She was attentive to all our needs. It was very picturesque made us feel like we were back home. Sara even allowed my grandkids to pick cherries from her trees. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent base to explore the region

Excellent location to explore the region by car. The accommodation is set in beautiful surroundings, the rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean with anything you might need available, such as a coffee machine, iron and a kitchenette. Breakfast was really good and the hospitality was top notch. We were also given great restaurant suggestions.

Exceptional Stau

Rating this place out of 10 doesn't even seem high enough from what we experienced from our stay. We used Antice terra rosa after travelling from the UK by car and from the moment we arrived we were greeted with such kindness. We arrived later than we anticipated and the host Sara kindly waited for us to show us around a bit and get us settled. The on sight parking made it really convenient and secure and was located in close proximity to Alberobello central. The whole accomidation itself was really clean and comfortable. The pool was a lovely addition and we were thankful we were able to use it to relax after our long journey.

Pretty property with swimming pool, very relaxing stay among olive trees. Wonderfull breakfasts on a terrace with staff fulfilling all your wishes.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend

Antiche Dimore TerraRossa offered a wonderful trulli house stay for our family. There was plenty of room in the unit for our family of 5, and the terrace and pool area were lovely. Sara was a wonderful hostess, easily accessible and responsive via WhatsApp. She provided a home-cooked breakfast each morning and gave us several local recommendations for our family. She even procured a surprise birthday cake for my husband! The location is convenient to Alberobello and other surrounding towns. There is plenty of parking on-site. Would definitely recommend!

There was some car noise from the road, but that is no fault of the owners!

Beautiful stay simply amazing

Words cannot describe how amazing this place was. The room was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the host was amazing!! The breakfast as my kid put it was the best breakfast he has ever had on a trip Sarah cakes were his favorite along with all her homemade jams the property was clean and well keep. She even allowed us to go pick cherries off her trees. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area. Everyone who traveled with me said this was by far the best stay and they loved everything about it. We stayed in the olive room and it was plenty big for a family of five. Thanks for making our stay so memorable.Hope to see you again!

This is worth an Eleven!

Our Hostess was among the friendliest and most caring I've ever seen. She took care of our every need and she did everything to make our stay the best possible including giving us directions to the best restaurants, places to visit and hikeroutes. We could reach her at any time. The appartment was big and cool and could easily house 4 adults and one two year old child. The breakfast was amazing! The best I've seen in Italy. Every day there was fresh coffea/tea and juice. Also there was toast, cheese, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and some home-baked pastries. Served on a lovely sunny patio near the pool (which also was clean and inviting for a swim) If it would be among the possibilities I would rate this accommodation an ELEVEN! This is what you want when on a Holliday! Thanks for taking good care of us.

Truly loved our stay

Sara was an amazing hostess- probably the best we have ever had, and we travel frequently. She was so easy to communicate with, very friendly and a phenomenal baker. Breakfast was wonderful- great variety, including delicious homemade baked cakes and pastries and fresh fruits from the property as well. Sara even accommodated my husband who has special dietary needs, which was wonderful. Everything on the property was very clean, organized, and covid precautions were all in place. We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. We did not want to leave!

Great place

We loved our stay here. It’s Clean, has comfortable beds, and enough space for our family of 6. Great location to explore the area with a car. Our kids loved the pool and the breakfast was delicious and fresh. The hostess went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Very nice!

We were very happy with our stay. Beautiful location. The host, Sara, was very nice and exceeded our expectations. The location was great for our family because it was close to everything and also had open space for the little one to run around. The pool was big and also had an area that was perfect for toddlers to play in. Breakfast was great and the trullo was very clean and pretty. A very relaxing and pleasant experience.
