This luxury holiday apartment in Oostkapelle is only 800 metres from the clean and child friendly North Sea beach. This 4 person apartment is on the first floor. In 2017 the bathroom was completely renovated with a new walk-in rain shower and a new toilet. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with boxspring and a covered balcony. A high chair and a cot are available. The kitchen is fully furnished including a microwave oven, coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine and a kettle. The shared garden is equipped with tables, chairs and sunbeds. There is an open storage for the bikes.

Top Lage & alles, was man braucht
Strandnah, sauber, zweckmässig & gemütlich.

Zweckmässig
Besonders ist der überdachte Balkon und die bequemen Sofas im Wohnzimmer. Gute Lage nicht weit zum Strand. Modernes kleines Duschbad. Im Übrigen schlicht und zweckmässig. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände.

Gemütlich aber sehr hellhörig und spärliche Küchenuntensilien
Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist funktionell eingerichtet und war recht sauber.
Das Geschirr, Besteck und die übrigen Küchenutensilien sind zusammengewürfelt und sehr spärlich. Im übrigen ist das Appartementhaus sehr hellhörig und wenn im Untergeschoss die Rollläden hochgezogen werden ist man im DG hellwach, dies gilt auch wenn die Wohnungen geräumt werden und der Putztrupp anrückt.

Appartment war soweit o.K, Bad recht klein, beim Duschen wird, durch fehlende Abtrennung alles Nass (Becken, Tür, WC, einfach alles). Für eine Abtrennung ist allerdings auch kein Platz.

Bewertung erfolgte anhand der Anzeigenbilder
Leider konnten wir krankheitsbedingt nicht anreisen. Wir hätten sehr gerne die Wohnung kennen gelernt. Daher können wir leider den Aufenthalt nicht bewerten.
