Eric's and Marie's beautiful penthouse apartment is a gem - my 'home from home'. I have stayed there at least 10 times and have two more future stays booked. Anna their meet and greet manager is very welcoming and friendly. All communications with Eric and Marie, Anna and VRBO were timely and excellent.It is very clean, well furnished, roomy and the fitted kitchen area is well designed containing everything in very good order for your self catering needs. The bedroom is large and very comfortable. The bathroom is stunning with a fantastic large walk-in shower with a lovely view down to Beaulieu Marina and sea. The air conditioning units in the bedroom and lounge are very efficient and quiet. There are 3 sets of large sliding french doors onto the terrace from the kitchen, lounge and bedroom giving amazing views from inside looking out.There are efficient sun awnings and shutters The large 180 degree wrap round terrace is beautiful with stunning views down to the sea on one side and views of the amazing foothills of the Alpe Maritime with their villas and garden landscapes on the other. The terrace is thoughtfully landscaped with container planting of jasmine, lemon trees, oleander and evergreens. The terrace dining area has a great table and chair combo plus a further smaller table and chairs on the other sideBeaulieu, part of the fab Golden Triangle of Cap Ferrat and Villfranche, is well served with trains, buses cafes, restaurants, a UB supermarket and other food shops

Beautiful apartment with beautiful views. Fantastic location so close to train station and the super U (which I love).Great knowing if we needed Anna the host she was at the end of the phone. Very pleasant gardener who takes care of the large wrap round balcony. This was our second visit and have our next already booked.

This is about 12th time I have stayed at this beautiful light and airy penthouse apartment, 2nd time this year. Both times for 11 nights.It is well equipped for a great relaxing vacation with a particularly lovely shower room and a superb 180 degree landscaped terrace with views to the sea and the Alpe Maritime cliffs tumbling down dotted with amazing villas and gardens. Great seating area outside to take your drinks and meals al fresco. Very effective air con in the lounge and bedroom is most welcomed.Lovely friendly Anna welcomes you and makes you immediately feel at home.Beaulieu is stunning with everything you need close by to the apartment for a relaxing stay - supermarket, cafes/restaurants, yummy patiseries, market place. Regular buses and trains enable you to explore easily the Cote D'Azur highlights e.g Monte Carlo, Menton, Antibes, Juan le Pines, Cannes and even Italy.Beaulieu has a lovely landscaped seafront promenade to walk which takes you to Cap Ferrat and Villfranche. All around the scenery and trees and gardens are so beautiful .The only downside this year was the amount of building work going on in Beaulieu nearby

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Eric's as I affectionately call it.
Everything about is superb - the lounge /kitchen, the amazingly beautiful bathroom, the comfy spacious bedroom with a fab view as you lay on bed. The huge super terrace with its views of the sea, town and the Alpes Maritime.
The kitchen area is beautifully designed contains all the utensils, pots, crockery, cutlery, china and glasses you could possibly need with the exception of containers for use in the microwave.
The whole place from the moment you enter the complex, you know you are somewhere very special.
Anna who meets and greets you and shows you around the apartment is very welcoming and cheerful.
The price of Eric's for a week is fantastic value of money especially as it is in the midst of the Golden Triangle of Cap Ferrat, Villefranche sur Mer and Beaulieu, almost halfway between Nice and Monte Carlo. Beaulieu is beautiful and has all the food shops, cafe and restaurants you could possibly need. The walk through the landscape Gardens by the Rotanda and Casino down to the sea front promenade is lovely. You can walk from there to the coastal path on the shoreline of Cap Ferat pass David Nivens old home. You can also get the bus under the railway bridge round the corner from the Beaulieu railway station to take you to the amazing fabulous Villa Euphrussi Rothchild with its musical fountains in the landscaped gardens looking out over the bays of Beaulieu on one side and Villefranche on the other. The bus will also take you to the delightful St Jacques Port Cap Ferat where the cost of a beer and nibbles or a meal are very reasonable given the fact that Cap Ferrat is a most desirable and sought location by the rich and famous. The same bus will take you to Nice via a stunning route. Trains and other buses (on the seafront) will also take you to Nice, Monte Carlo and Menston. Trains will take you Italy or in the other direction pass Nice to Antibes, Juan's le Pines and Cannes
I love Eric's and Beaulieu so much, I have already rebooked to stay twice next year 2023. Sheer perfection a holiday here.
