About this apartment rental
If Noto is your destination and you’d like to discover its wonders, you’ll feel right at home here! The apartment is charming, very bright, and equipped with all the amenities, just 500 m from the historic center and 7 km from our beautiful beach. Spacious living room with two sleeping spots, kitchenette, spacious double bedroom, comfortable bathroom with shower, and two balconies. Numerous amenities are just a short walk from the apartment. My mom and I will be delighted to welcome you. In the apartment, you’ll find everything you need: bed linens and towels, a washing machine, a large drying rack, an iron, a hair dryer, a set of pots and pans, kitchen utensils, and household cleaning supplies. The apartment is located 500 m from Porta Reale, the entrance to Noto’s historic center from the municipal park. You won’t need to drive and can easily get around on foot. To explore the surrounding area by car: 7 km to the Roman Villa of Tellaro, Noto Marina, and Calabernardo; 11 km to the Vendicari Nature Reserve; 14 km to Noto Antica; 20 km to Marzamemi and Portopalo, and the Cavagrande del Cassibile Nature Reserve (the small lakes of Avola Antica—a must-see!); 35 km to Syracuse and its splendid Ortigia; 35 km to Modica (and the picturesque locations from “Inspector Montalbano”); 50 km to Ragusa and Marina di Ragusa; approximately 80 km to Catania’s “FontanaRossa” Airport and Comiso’s “Pio La Torre” Airport. Finally, it is important to know that the provisions of the Civil Code (Articles 1571 et seq.) and Law No. 431 of 1998, Article 1, paragraph 2, letter c)—which regulate short-term rentals for tourism purposes—require that the private parties, that is, the landlord and tenant, must sign a written contract, specifically called the “Tourism Rental Agreement.” Upon your arrival, therefore, you will need to complete this necessary formality to ensure that your stay in my apartment complies with current regulations. appartamento ristrutturato con gusto e funzionalita',letti molto comodi e tutto molto curato e pulito. Sotto casa panificio, fruttivendolo e all'angolo supermercato. Parcheggio libero sulla strada di fronte al portone. Dieci minuti a piedi e sei in centro a Noto! La sig.Michela ci ha accolti con calore e si è rivelata molto utile con i suoi consigli.

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica, comoda ai servizi e a due passi dal centro. Accogliente, praticamente nuovo, arredato con gusto, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort, ogni dettaglio curato con attenzione. La Sig.ra Michela con infinita gentilezza, discrezione e disponibilità ha contribuito a rendere indimenticabile il nostro soggiorno.TORNEREMO SICURAMENTE.....CONSIGLIATISSIMO
