Situated in Playa de las Americas, this charming condo for $205 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Parque Santiago II is a haven of apartments situated on the sea. All amenities such as bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. This spacious apartment is on the ground floor and overlooking the pool. This is accessed via the private terrace. The terrace is from early morning into the sun until late afternoon. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (room for two persons and room for three people) and a bathroom on the first floor. The bedroom for two people (with safe, washing machine) has a large terrace with 2 loungers. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a bath. The lower level consists of a fitted kitchen, including oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer. There is also an ironing board and iron available. The living and dining room has a Satellite TV, video and radio. The complex has a snack bar serving drinks and meals are served from 9-7 in the evening. Parque Santiago II is a private peaceful 'oasis' of apartments perfectly situated right on the oceanfront. It commands an enviable beachfront position between Las Americas and Los Cristianos, ideally situated close to all amenities. This spacious apartment is on the ground floor and occupies a poolside position-which is accessed by the private garden terrace-which is sun filled until late in the day. Accommodation includes 2 twin bedded bedrooms and bathroom to the 1st floor. The main bedroom has a large terrace with patio furniture. Both have ample wardrobes, one with free safety deposit box. The main bathroom has bath with overhead shower as well as seperate shower. Down Stairs is a fully equipped kitchen-including oven, hob, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle and fridge freezer. There is ook an iron and ironing board. A large living room and dining area How many followers has Satellite TV, video and radio. The complex has a poolside snack bar serving drinks and meals from 9-7pm. Car: not Necessary Coast / Beach: Immediately out of the private gates of Parque Santiago II is the wide palm lined promenade How many followers and flat leads to a choice of either volcanic or golden sandy beaches. Walking along the promenade Los Cristianos is only a 15 minute walk and a lovely walk too. distances: All local amenities are only outside the complex-including shops restaurants, supermarkets, bars and banks. The nightlife of Playa de Las Americas is 10 minutes walk away. Tenerife Reina Sofia (TFS) airport is a mere 12 minute taxi ride away, and yet at Parque Santiago II you never see or hear an aircraft. Local buses can be caught just outside the complex How many followers go all over the island regularly. Further details: A great selection of bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep. There is a well stocked supermarket on site Which stays open until 9. 30pm and a large supermarket just outside. A wide range of activities, cycling, sea activities, fishing, boat and bus trips, the Opera House with casino and a lovely crazy golf course are all nearby. A game of bowls or is only minutes away in a taxi at Golf Del Sur as are a selection of golf courses. The water park, go-carting, safari can be Reached within 20 minutes. Ferry services to the other Canary Islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro are available from Los Cristianos.

Fab location - loved the garden area overlooking the pool which we used everyday - had the sun in the garden from morning until about 5.30/6pm. Apartment does need upgrading especially the downstairs fan and a bit of TLC overall. Would more than happily book with Toon again - excellent communication and Denise to meet and show us around on arrival.

Our stay was perfect. The cleanliness of the apartment was superb. It was well proportionate and we had more than enough room for all of us. The apartment was situated in a great place near lots of local bars, restaurants and shops. Irina who met us at the apartment was lovely. Toon replied to emails very quickly which gave us peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this apartment and will be booking again for next year.

Coronavirus prevented my stay
I have given my review based on my expectations should my holiday have gone ahead. Toons property looked great, was in a great location and facilities looked ideal for myself and my family. Toon himself answered any questions that I had prior to the holiday Renting the property was a very easy process and I would have no hesitation in renting this property when things are completely normal again. I also would recommend Toon to anyone who was looking for a property in Tenerife as I felt he was very trustworthy. Communication was excellent as he refunded my money very quickly at a time when other people were not.

It was a really good experience - only negative thing to say was you had to pay for the sun lounger at the pool, but found a solution with the Owner.

Lovely apartment with brilliant location.
This was a brilliant experience from booking, through to check-in and during our holiday. The apartment was clean and spacious for our family, 2 adults and 2 girls (11 &13). The location was excellent, to the rear of the complex was the beach and to the front there were plenty of lovely bars and restaurants. The pool was nice, salt water, but the bit I found bad was that they didn't allow any music, balls or inflatables in or around the pool area. It left the pool area feeling very quiet. I would strongly recommend and would use this apartment again in the future.

Great location right next to the beach!
My family and I enjoyed our stay here in Tenerife, the apartment complex is 10 seconds walk away from the beach and lots of little nice bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and what we needed for our holiday. Communication from the owner was quick and helpful. Many thanks

Very comfortable,lovely pool views but needs modernising.
Overall our stay was great.The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for self catering.
However it needs some updating, the ceiling fans were inadequate and didn’t work very well,
The lock of the downstairs shutter was very tricky and took a lot of fiddling about to get it locked when going out.

Fantastic Apartment, Clean, tidy & Great Location
We have stayed in this area for 20 years in apartments, hotels etc. We found this apartment extremely well equipped for all your needs. Brilliant location, really good eating places to choose from if you did not want to cook for yourselves.
We particularly liked Montana for breakfast! you can go wrong at 2.90 Euro including coffee or tea for a full English!........Dedos fabulous food daytime, night time and the local supermarket was great with fresh fruit and veg and bread. This apartment is one of the best we have stayed in at Parque Santiago 2, its the garden and bedroom balcony that makes it outshine others. We were met by Irina to collect the keys who was very friendly and helpful & had great communication with Toon via email
To sum it up we didn't want to leave and can not wait to book up again

Really nice apartment in a perfect location. Apartment as lots off space with balcony and ground floor terrace. You will need for nothing as apartment as everything in it as in iron hairdryer all things you could ever need for cooking if you want too. 10/10. If you’re thinking of booking a stay there then do so you will none disappointed.

Exactly what you need
The apartment is spacious, with a neat kitchen area and lovely living/dining room on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the first floor. There is also a downstairs toilet and the house bathroom (with separate shower and bath) is on the first floor. Outside is a nice terrace area with table, chairs and loungers, with a gate towards the pool area. Upstairs there is another terrace off the main bedroom, with loungers. What more could you ask for the price?!? Excellent. Clean, light, well maintained. The complex (Parque Santiago 2) is also well situated with nice bars and restaurants nearby, and just off the pasao which runs round the whole of Las Americas up to Adeje and down to Los Christianos - so plenty of pleasant sea-front walks as well.
In conclusion, I would recommend this apartment to anyone - a family with 2 or 3 kids could be accommodated, but a couple would be very happy there also. Ten out of ten!

Nice, clean apartment in a clean and peaceful complex, with a pool bar serving good food provided by a friendly staff. Apartment is 2 minutes walk from the sea front and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Will definitely go again.

Couldn't ask for more 'Perfect'
We arrived to this clean, spacious lovely apartment. Everything you could possibly need on your holiday was available and lots of little extras like fishing nets, cling film, beach towels, I could go on!!! The complex is peaceful and kept to a high standard in an perfect location. Excellent communication with owners. We would definitely return.

A stunning apartment
Stunning apartment with sun loungers on the upstairs balcony and terrace, its close to all the bars, but not noisy at all. Will definitely be returning again, also thank you to toon and Sabina on great communication.

The apartment was brilliant, perfect location near everything. Clean & Tidy!
Good communication with the owners when booking & in collecting the key.
But as we was there for 10 days after the first 4/5 days the pool closed & was drained. So you couldn't go in the pool or sunbathe around the pool as work men was there.
This should have been something that we should have been informed about really as for the last 5/6 we didn't have a pool to use. Not only that but the maintenance was extremely loud from really early in the morning till late in the afternoon.
The pool bar & shop also closed during this time too. I understand we went late on in the year (November) but we still should have been pre warned as we didn't know and it was a shock to us when the pool just closed for the duration of our holiday.
You also have to pay for the Sun beds around the pool everyday per person, which wasn't a problem but again if we had just been pre warned it would have been nice.
Overall our stay was good but we feel we should have been told about the things I have mentioned above.
