Very clean! Host was very responsive, Pool was kept clean and well maintained. Close proximity to Omis and other cities. Home was very clean and well presented.
Website implies that you are renting the whole house when you make the booking. The listing does not clearly clarify that this home has 3 separate suites. It would be helpful if it states this and that when you book, you are booking bedrooms. Upon arrival we found that we didn't have the entire Villa and we had to negotiate the second 2 bedroom suite as there were 6 of us, 4 singles and a couple. After discussion we were accommodated and all worked out fine. Recommend more kitchen supplies like, towels, napkins, dishwasher pods and a working toaster.
*Could have posted instructions accompanying the appliances.

The host was super friendly and always available. The location was perfect, with the beach, restaurants, and shops all within easy walking distance.
Nothing.

Excellent villa for 3 families.
Great pool area and nearby benches under rooftop shade
6 min walk from beach and access to waterfront restaurants
10 min walk to grocery and bakery. Only 20 min walk to Omis and small town facilities.
For 3 families of 4 in each, we had to «split» one of the families in two as the villa’s apartments had 3, 2 and 1 room in them.
