Vollausgestatte Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Conil, es fehlt nichts in der Wohnung und es ist alles in Schuss. 3 Schlafzimmer mit vernünftigen Betten. Zum Strand und Zentrum 5 min. Sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber.

Raúls und Irenes Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und liegt nur 2 Gehminuten von der Plaza de España in Conil entfernt, d.h. alle Wege sind kurz, ob zum Strand oder den unzähligen Restaurants und Bars - auch das Nachtleben liegt sozusagen direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung ist dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen an einem kleinen Platz. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, das neue große Bett im früheren Wohnzimmer ist breit und sehr bequem. Insgesamt bietet die Wohnung problemlos 5 Gästen Platz, die Dachterrasse ist dabei das Highlight. Hier gibt es Liegen und eine Lounge-Garnitur. Es fehlt dort einzig vielleicht nur noch ein Tisch, wenn man denn wirklich selber kochen oder in der Wohnung frühstücken will (was allerdings angesichts der nahen und günstigen Bars nicht wirklich nötig ist). Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass sich die Wohnung vom Untergeschoss bis zur Dachterrasse über 4 Etagen und dementsprechend drei Treppen erstreckt. Mich hat das nicht gestört, ist ein bisschen eingebautes Fitnessprogramm. Die Kommunikation mit Raúl war super einfach und zuverlässig, ein top Gastgeber. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Todo como en anuncio, cumplió nuestras expectativas, muy buena localización. La plaza de parking que dispone es un añadido extra que viene perfecto. El apartamento está en muy buen estado y bien equipado. El trato de Raúl excelente.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Das Haus ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es ist noch schöner, als auf den Bilder ( das Badezimmer ist komplett neu ) und die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr aufmerksam und unkompliziert ! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Die gesamte Ferienwohnung geht über 4 Etagen, wobei wir die unterste Etage gar nicht benutzt haben. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, in den Betten haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können. Ruhig und am direkten Rand der Altstadt, super!

Die Lage der Wohnung oder besser gesagt des Hauses war relativ ruhig aber trotzdem zentral und man war auch schnell am Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und waren bei Fragen sofort für uns da. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr klein, aber da ist man ja auch nur zum schlafen. Im Bad könnten vielleicht noch 2 Haken mehr für Handtücher sein. Bei vier Etagen bleibt man fit, aber die Dachterrasse ist echt super. Die Wohnung war super sauber und mein Highlight war, endlich mal große Tassen:-) Also wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!!

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub In Conil. Die Wohnung ist vollständig Ausgestattet. In unmittelbarer Umgebung ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein gutes Restaurant ( Casa Manolo ) Praktisch war auch der Parkplatz gegenüber der Wohnung, da es sonst schwierig wäre den Wagen zu parken. Zum Strand und in die Stadt sind es nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen für einen Urlaub in Conil.

Das Apartment befindet sich sehr zentral zur Altstadt und zum Strand, und es liegt trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und man findet alles was man braucht. Die Küche bedindet ich im Erdgeschoss und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich ein Traum. Wir kochen sehr gerne, auch im Urlaub. Der Weg von der Küche zur Dachterrasse mit sämtlichen Utensilien gestaltete sich als sehr aufwendig. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ort um seinen Urlaub genießen zu können.

Die Dachterrasse ein Traum.sonst ist alles vorhanden. Die Vermieter sehr lieb. Leider das TV klein und in der Küche. Schlafen - ein kleines Doppelbett (mein Mann ist allerdings sehr gross) Einzelbetten gehen für mich eigentlich gar nicht, das ist aber Ansichtssache und wahrscheinlich auch ein Platzproblem. Die Lage ist super. "Mittendrin, statt nur dabei". Parkplatz war kein Problem. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt. Das Wohnzimmer (im UG - was bei sehr grosser Hitze mit Sicherheit super ist) batten wir nicht bewohnt. Danke nochmal an die Vermieter.

La ubicación es buena. Céntrica y cerca de la playa. Sin embargo la casa no es cómoda para ir con niños. La escalera es estrecha y poco práctica. Nos encontramos con algunas cosas que se podrían mejorar por parte de los propietarios: halogenas fundidas, persianas que no bajaban, las colchas de las camas todas mezcladas, sin señal de televisión, puerta de la lavadora caída... Con poco cariño en el cuidado de la casa. Con respecto al aparcamiento, nos encontramos con muchos problemas a la hora de encontrar dónde aparcar... En estas fechas no teníamos un aparcamiento reservado. El dueño, un chico agradable, nos pasó toda la información turística que le solicitamos y estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada a Conil.

Bei gutem Wetter und im Sommer sicherlich tolle Wohnung. Wegen der Kälte und Nässe in diesem März 2018 leider etwas klamm und dunkel. Die schöne Dachterasse konnten wir wegen des Wetters leider nicht nutzen. Küchen- und Badausstattung reichlich. Technik (Lampen, TV, Toaster z.B.) verbesserungswürdig.

Paulo, housekeeper was kind and friendly. He gave us all we need and answered our questions very fast. Location of the house is good: 5-10 mins to the beach and no problems with parking. Inside you have all things on the kitchen, sleeping rooms and for shower. We will surely return there!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Conil und haben uns in eurem Haus superwohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist an alles gedacht. Dies ist oft ein Manko bei vielen Unterkünften, aber hier macht das Kochen Spaß! Die Terrasse ist besonders schön, sie war mit ein Grund, dieses Haus zu buchen und hat uns auch im Original sehr gefallen. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Danke noch einmal für den netten Empfang und wir werden uns mit Sicherheit wiedersehen :-))

The house is very nice and we found in it everything we needed! It's very close to the center of Conil and we always found parking just in front of the house. Maybe a bit cold during winter, I guess in summer it must be perfect. Raul and his wife are very kind people and are always ready to help in case of need ( we had a little problem and they solved it immediately!)

This was a great place to stay for our family of 5. Everything we needed was there and we enjoyed going to the beach to take a long walk. We can recommend the place to everybody who likes to travel individually and away from the larger tourist areas.

We stayed in this house twice. It's situated near the old centre of Conil and close to everything you need for a sunny holiday. The house offers you everything you need for a pleasant holiday in La Costa de la Luz. The Roof Garden is really great. Dishwasher is quite nice during holidays ;-). We stayed in the house for a week in November with our baby. The house is centrally located, the beach is about 5 walking minutes away. It's a typical Andalusian house and consists of 3 floors plus a nice partially covered roof terrace. There are interesting places to visit in the area. The owners are a friendly Spanish/German couple. We enjoyed our holiday and would certainly come back again.
