About this villa rental
Exceptionally spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury modern villa with spectacular sea views. Fully air conditioned with WiFi. Sleeps 10.
To the outside the jacuzzi is elevate flowing in to the infinity pool creating spectacular views. There is a large sun terrace around the pool with 10 loungers and a pergola providing a shaded area. Within the pergola area are table & chairs, BBQ, fridge, sink, changing room, toilet and shower. The landscaped gardens have an abundance of colourful flowers, fruit trees and palms. The villa offers the perfect setting whilst being only minutes away from the local amenities of Skala.
Every room of this spacious and contemporary villa is air-conditioned. The villa is fully equipped and well maintained with many returning guests. Wedding parties are welcome.
From Skala beach the villa is located 500m up the hillside. Restaurants, bars and a supermarket are located nearby.

Well what can we say this place is absolutely beautiful the photos really don't do it justice The host was so helpful sent loads of messages asking lots of questions and got a reply so quickly The views are stunning It is up a very steep hill but we loved the peace and quite and not over looked at all We used a local taxi company and got a mini bus for the 8 of us every day with no problems at all Skala is such a lovely resort and has a bit of everything Would highly recommend

It was a gorgeous, well equipped villa with fabulous views and pool. Air con lovely. Outside kitchen wonderful. You do need a car. The walk to the village is fine on the way down but steep and hot to come back. The village has a lovely buzz with loads of restaurants and wonderfully friendly service. The water stopped at one point but was sorted by calling the owner very quickly. There is Netflix and Amazon but no live tv. We had a really lovely holiday with teenagers and granny in her 90s. Thank you Karon, we loved it.

Villa was stunning with fantastic views and an amazing infinity pool. Very clean through out and well equipped. However the outside partially covered areas need addressing. The slatted coverings not useful when it rains!! Having a bbq and eating outside when it was raining was not possible. Such a shame. Also description on the Vrbo website completely incorrect regarding location. Nowhere does it say that the road up to the villa is extremely steep and not suitable for older generations. Also there are no restaurants within 2 - 8 minutes walking!! I complained to the owner who immediately replied and apologised. She did not supply this incorrect information. I would not have chosen this villa had I known its real location. We did make the most of our week but this experience has taught me to check all information with the owner personally and not trust Vrbo.

We had a fantastic week staying at this villa at the beginnng of July ( 2 families with 4 teenagers) The views from the villa are spectacular and the pool area is lovely. The villa itself is spacious but quite basic and not particularly clean( we had to wash most of the glasses and cutlery before we could use them) We received a towel change mid week but no cleaning or changing of bedding. We managed to walk into town on quite a few nights - so the hill even though steep is quite do able. Micheal who looks after the villa was lovely and very accommodating , he gave us some good tips about eating out and booking trips .
