The worst Hotel we have ever stayed.

Very good location and food was nice

The worst Hotel we have ever experienced,they won't change the bedsheets everyday. We booked for 2 persons but they have provided only one towel and no tissue box and handwash liquid. They won't allow any guests inside your room.

The quality of the food and the behaviour of hotel manager , i order for a veg biryani they given me briyani with mixed of non veg. And the hotel manager said it's just a small piece of bone and it's not a mistake just ignore and have other food. When I wanted to claim against them I asked for the food bill of veg biryani which I ordered they deleted from the system and said they not offered me any food. Such a fraud hotels

Breakfast was decent, rooms very fairly big

Toilets didnt work and smelled, sheets were torn, advertised as having fitness facilities but nothing worked, locks wouldnt work from the inside

Only spacious rooms

The worst staff , the worst food and I had stomach upset and during checkout which I informed 3 hours before, but again they were delaying the process, so I just left the place

Comfortable place to stay

Staff was very helpful and always on the toes to listen. Facilities were good and clean The rooftop bar is pretty good. Food is tasty and medium spiced -perfect for the taste.

The rooms were not sound proof. The restaurant at the hotel has limited options, i.e. most of the times the tandoor was not available.

Disappointing

Hotel staff is not helpful. They didnt care properly. No ac working. They gave 2 twin tiny beds for 1 guest stay. I asked for queen bed they charged 500 RS extra. No value for money.

Total disappointment and unprofessional rude staff

This hotel was a total disappointment. I requested for a double bed instead of two twin beds during the booking and the hotel replied that it could be sorted out once I check in. When I reached there, they asked me to pay an extra of 2000 rupees for three nights to get a double bed and i paid the amount as it was already late and i was with my family. The room service was a disaster and the lady at the reception was rude and unprofessional than any other hotels that I’ve ever been to. Everyone kindly avoid this hotel as this is located at a shady area of electronic city and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. I paid almost 13000 for three nights as they charged me extra on top of the amount that was shown on booking.com. Total waste of money.

Amazing and Comfortable experience...

The Rooms are big.. The staffs are very friendly... Food is really amazing. The roof top BAR Dive is really a wonderful place to be in the evening. HEENA at the reception was really good..

All things were beyond expectations.

. Room was clean and spacious. Excellent environment for any one with good lighting effects.

Switch boards are not good, chances of getting electric shock. Washroom handles all are rusted no proper hot water have to wait. Food price was too high and outside food not allowed.

Didn't match the expectations and not value for money

The location of the hotel is nice and the property is big. They have enough space and the room size is fairly good.

The hotel wasn't up to the expectations. It didn't consider the bed type for the booking despite showing the availability for the booking. They charged 700 Rs more for the same despite the bed preference in the booking. There were issues with plumbing in the bathroom and no phone inside the room to call for the room service or reception. It was fairly below expectations and not value for money at all.

The hotel had poor wifi connection. There was no telephone in the room to call the reception. The shower and taps in the bathrooms were all broken and the fitting were all loose. They just gave one single towel for a double occupancy room. They ask for an option to select a room with a single bed or two twin beds but they never give the single bed in the selection. Its always twin beds and then they charge extra money for the single bed selection. Overall, its a poor quality hotel and not really worth the money.
